Cold, Dark, Secrets

In the Emergency Room

It was like a rabbit hole running through the emergency room. Even though Scott had been through it about a thousand times he couldn't find his mom anywhere. He ran to the front desk in Panic. "Where's Melissa McCall?" He pants out of breath. 

The nurse stands up to speak to him, but Stiles beats her to it. Dried tears on his face and shakes hands, "Scott, she's okay." 

"Where is she?! Where's my sister!?" He yells looking down the hall. His heart beating faster than a panthers. Melissa hears him and runs out of the room, "Scott!" She yells and he instantly hurries to his mom. His arms wrapping around his freaked out mom. 

Issac runs down the hall, "Where is she? I need to see her."  He begs trying to look past into the room, but the blinds were drawn. 

"Issac we love you, but this is a family matter. Give us a sec." Melissa nods and Issac quietly nods looking down as a nurse escorts him down the hall. 

Scott quirks his eyebrows confused, "Mom what's going on?" 

Melissa sighs and opens the door, revealing his sister drinking blood bags. "WHAT THE H-" He begins before he's locked in the sound proof room. Earning a smack from his mother. "Ow." He says rubbing his head. 

"Scotty.." Y/n grimaces as she wipes the blood remorsefully. 

"What the hell are you doing!" He stares at her in disgust and Y/n looks down sensing it. "You know I can tell you're disgusted with me right now." She says sadly. Melissa watching with a tear. 

Scott's face turns to confusion. "How?" 

Y/n sighs and stands towards him but he cowers away, Y/n wipes a tear from her cheek. "I didn't ask to be turned. I begged NOT to, I begged to die instead. I wish I had died instead of this." Y/n cries, in pain from seeing the fear her brother had for her. 

Scott backs away, but Melissa stops him. "Scott its your sister. Trust her." 

Scott stops and stares at her in tears, "What are you?" 

Y/n gulps down hard, "Im a vampire Scotty." She says flashing her red eyes.

His eyes widen, "How." 

Y/n shares a look with her mom before swallowing the fear. "I was taken by Vampires not a Wendigo. I died and I turned from having vampire blood in my system. Then I trained to be strong, and stronger than most." She says looking down. 

Tears run down his face as he grips his sister into a hug. "You're dead?" He sniffles into her. 

She cries, and hums yes.

They agreed not to tell anyone else for the mean time, and that it was just low blood sugar. That caused Y/n to be in the hospital. Scott finally knew her secret and that was a relief. 

But there was one thing she could never tell him, and that was since her release from the hospital she's been feeding on humans. 

Currently she was on a run, sprinting in the woods to try and find food. 

Finally, a boy. 

She laid her eyes on him and sped towards him, her eyes turning as she goes to turn him around but they change once she hears the boys voice. "HELP!" He screams. 

Y/n stops hearing the voice and realises its Stiles. "Hah got ya!" She says panting and lets go of him. 

He pants, "OH my god. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" He yells annoyed but relieved. 

"I could ask you the same Stiles." She smiles walking next to him. 

He grumbles annoyed but they continue walking, " I went on a run, and you?" Y/n speaks. 

"I wanted to find the nemeton again." He sighs. 

Y/n nods laughing a bit. But then she remembers who saved her in the library, "Hey stiles...? Thank you for um.. saving me last week. It means a lot." 

Stiles pauses a bit off guard, "You're welcome I guess." 

"I heard about you looking for me when I was missing, thank you. By the way." Y/n says softly. Her hatred for Stiles no longer there. 

Stiles looks at her confused, "Why are you being so nice? What do you want?" 

"You." She says instantly crashing her lips into his, and he continues the kiss. Pulling her shirt over his head as his lips travel down her neck, pinning her to the tree behind them. Her hands travel his body before reaching his-

"OH MY GOD!" Y/n yells waking up from her dream. 

Her heartbeat beating faster than a race car. "What?" Issac asks sitting up next to her and holding her, his hair messy from sleep. 

She smiles, trying to remain cool. "Just a nightmare, its okay." 

"Mmkay goodnight babe." He smiles kissing her as they both lay down again. Issac's arms wrapped around her waist. 

But Y/n wasn't going to go back to sleep. 

She stared at her wall, her eyes wide and shock still coursing through her body. 

She had dreamt of Stiles, and not in a good way..
