eleven.

At the hospital

George wakes up. 

"Where am I?? Dream? sapnap?" The doctor walks in the room. "What am I doing here?" George was confused.

"Look at your arm" The doctor told him. "Why do you do this to yourself?" 

"Because.. someone I love is slowly falling in love with my best friend.." George explained.

"And what about the others?" the doctor asked.

"These are too personal" 

"That's alright, but if this keeps up, I will have to send you a therapy." The doctor leaves  room. Dream and sapnap arrived to the hospital, rushing inside. They run past the lady at the front desk, peeking every door looking for George.

"GEORGE?" Dream yelled.

"George?? Where are you?!?" Sapnap also yelled. The next door they peek in, they see George.

"Guys?" George was curious.

"George! You're ok!" Sapnap was haooy he was "Alright".

"Thank God, you really scared me George." Dream said.

"Ok now Nick cares about me.." George scoffs.

"This is what this is about!?!" Dream questioned.

"Well.."

"Look, I'm sorry George, please forgive me" Sapnap pleaded.

"And maybe next time you think about doing that, come talk to me okay?" Dream said.

"Okay, I'm sorry for worrying you guys." George apologised. "The doctor said I can leave, as long as someone drives me home." George murmured "Wait how did you guys even get here?" 

"OH yeah, we drove your car here...LOL" Sapnap laughed.

Dream yawns "I think we should get out of here." Dream said

"I agree c'mon George." They exit the hospital, get into George's car and drove home. When they arrive at George's house, everyone went up to their rooms. 

"It's been a long day!" Dream said tiredly.

"Good night you guys." Sapnap said waving them off.

"Night." George said "Night dream."

"Wait.. George" Dream said

"Mhm?"

"I need to talk to you for a second, can you come in my room?"

"UH Yeah" They sit down on the side of dreams bed.

"What's going on between you and sapnap, did I miss something?" Dream asked.

"Okay.. listen, I love you so much dream.. but I just feel like sapnap is trying to get in between us or something." George explained.

"And why would he do that?" Dream questioned George, tilting his head.

"I don't know, I just thought he might like you too, either that or just to be rude."  George sighed.

"Okay, we'll just know, like I always say, I love you George!" Dream comforted. George smiled.

"I think I'm gonna go to bed now." George stood up from dreams bed.

"Wait George.." Dream said.

"What do you want?" George said tiredly.

"Can you just st- nvm" Dream sighed. He looked in his lap fiddling with his hands.

"Oh, okay, let me know if you need anything." George smiled. George walked out. Dream sighed again.

"Looks like I'll have to try again tomorrow." Dream flops back onto his bed. Not long after dream fell alseep.
