Fitting in - J. Soorim / reader

     Hello! I'm Y/n L/n, and in my opinion, I'm just a normal middle school senior with a couple of close friends. But one friend I hold dearest to me, my best friend! His name is Lee Hooni, and to be honest, he's his class's and probably even the whole high school's biggest loser, but he's still my best friend! Right now, I'm walking home with him to our apartment. 

"Oh, we're home!" "Yeah..." "What's wrong? You look worse than usual..." "N-nothing!" "Please tell me?" He blushes and turns his head the other way. "Fine... I'll tell you..." "Yay." "Uhm- see the thing is- I have this... uh, (Bleh Bleh Bleh)..." He mumbles the last part. "Sorry, I didn't hear you?" "I h-have a crush!" "WHAAAAAAAAAAT!?" 

    Later

Standing outside his room, I ask him if I can come over later, he responds with a shaky 'yes'. I leave him to get his very much needed alone time and decide to take a walk since I didn't want to study. I sit down on a nearby bench in a park and reflect on literally everything. Ugh, so many problems these days... Friends and relationships, bills and money, school and work... I feel like... I'm about to...fall... asleep...  

Eh? Where am I? Oh... I'm still at the park! It's getting kinda windy... I'll go back home. I arrive at the apartment and reach for my keys, but... My keys... where'd they go?! I search all over but there was no trace of my keys! 

Ahh! Okay, think, think! Ummm! I last went to the park right? I had them with me at the park, so I had to have dropped them on the way back!

I rush to the park and search there but to no avail. I search in every nook and cranny, underneath every little rock and pebble, heh, I must look like a lunatic. I think I'm going to go crazy.

after going crazy psycho mode for a bit, (And getting weird looks from strangers) I decided I would get a spare from the landlady. Ugh, she kinda scares me though. I mean, who knows what she would do if Hooni doesn't pay off his rent for another month?! 

I knock on Hooni's door, and he opens it almost immediately. "Heyy..." "Hi, come in quickly please..." "Okay, I'll tell you all about what happened"
