August 17, 2021.

IT'S 11:59 PM. Perseus Jackson sat on his bed, with his four year old daughter, Zoë asleep on him while he filled out some kindergarten forms on his Mac. Leo had designed monster proof technology for Demigods. It was a blessing in disguise really. To help the ones who had dyslexia like Percy, he made the Keyboard Greek but when one typed something, it automatically translated to English. It seemed like a normal laptop to mortals because of the mist. Duh.

Beep beep beeeep.

His wrist watch beeped, indicating it was midnight. He quickly clicked a button to shut it. He took a quick glance at his shoulder to see that Zoë was still fast asleep. Dang. She is a sound sleeper. He thought and chuckled.

Just then the door to the master bedroom opened. There she stood, his wonderful wife. Looking beautiful as ever with her stormy grey eyes and blonde hair with a faint grey streak they shared (I know it's supposed to be faded, but hey! I just love the streak so I kept it). She was smiling and had a small blue cake in her hands. Percy looked confused for a second, but then it hit him. It was his birthday! How could he be so dam stupid! Well, he was Seaweed Brain for a reason.

Annabeth walked over to him, cake still in her hands. She slided the Mac a bit and kept the cake in front of Percy. "Happy Birthday, Percy." She whispered seeing that Zoë was asleep. She then leaned in for a kiss but backed away, slightly wincing, with a hand on her 8 month pregnant belly. Percy looked at Annabeth. "Are you okay? Is everything alright?" He asked sincerely. Annabeth just smiled. Percy now looked like a deer in front of headlights. His wife just winced and now she is smiling? What in Hera's name is going on?! Percy's expressions must've been funny as Annabeth started laughing a bit. Now Percy was sure that Annabeth had lost it. He was about to say something, but Annabeth cut him to it, "It's just the kicks, Seaweed Brain. Little Charlie here is probably wishing his father." She said with a smile. Thank the Gods. He sighed and then smiled. He kissed Annabeth's stomach and said, "Thank you little one. I am so excited to meet you." And kissed the belly again. He looked up and saw Annabeth smiling at him, her eyes full of love and admiration. She went on her knelt down at the side of the bed and lit the candles on the cake. Annabeth kissed Percy.

The door opened again.

"Oh god." Said the figure standing there, covering her eyes. She was 10 and tall for her age. She had beautiful green eyes and her brown elbow length hair were tied in a loose braid hanging by her back. The daughter of Paul Blofis and Sally Jackson. "Estelle!" Percy said, smiling. "Hey Perce. Just came by to wish you a Happy Birthday." She told her stepbrother. "Thanks sis!" He boomed. "I will uh go to my room now. You uh continue your uhh business.... Yeah." She said while rubbing the back of her neck and sprinted off to her room. She probably ran into something. "OW! I am fine! Don't worry!" Came after a loud thud. Annabeth shook her head chuckling while Percy just chuckled.

Percy loved his sister, no doubt. He would do anything for her. He would do anything for his whole family and friends. For as long as Percy could remember, he always wants a sibling. He didn't know that the age gap would be almost 18 years, but he didn't mind. He was happy when Estelle was born. When he held her for the first in that hospital ward, he knew he would never let anything happen to her. If anyone dare hurt her, they would be facing him. Estelle was smart. No doubts there. She was the daughter of an English Professor and a writer. Her vocabulary was immaculate. She was also taught maths and science by Annabeth Chase. Percy taught her simple Greek and Roman Myths. He didn't tell her the exact things, but a fun and simplified version of them. Estelle Blofis also inherited her mother's clear sight of the world.
