SURPRISING YOUR BOYFRIEND ON HIS BIRTHDAY. YOU BOTH ARE IN A LONG-DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP

Y/N: Yeah yeah I did eat my breakfast babe, hmm.

You are currently talking with your boyfriend, Jungkook on a video call. You both met during a vacation and surprisingly your and his friends were mutual friends. During the vacation you both became friends and slowly it turned into something more special. You both lived in different parts of the world.

You live in Canada while he lives in Seoul. Despite the different timelines, you both never miss calling each other at least once a day.

Jungkook: I wish you would be here with me...

Y/N: Aww same but we have to wait, you know how bitchy my company is? They aren't giving me enough days to go to Seoul and meet you.

Jungkook: Ah...Oh babe do you know what it is in 10 days?

You saw how widely he was smiling you internally screamed at how cute your boyfriend looked but tried to keep yourself together and put on a thinking face.

You saw Jungkook's smile fade away while you tried not to laugh.

Jungkook: You really don't remember?

Jungkook's smile returned to his face but faded as soon as you replied.

Y/N: I will be getting my bonus paycheck! Omg!

Jungkook sighed giving up before he even tried, you on the other hand tried to control your smile.

Jungkook: Um leave it...

Y/N: Okay okay Koo, I have a question for you.

Jungkook: What is it?

Y/N: If we ever get a chance to meet, what would you do once you see me?

Jungkook: First of all I'll run to you and hug you and then I'll give you kisses all over your face.

You laughed at his answer. He gave you his bunny smile and raised his eyebrows as to say, 'what is so funny about what I said'.

Jungkook: Okay what would you do?

Y/N: I'll hug you and let you kiss me as much as you want then we'll cuddle the whole day.

Jungkook: Well we will have to just wait for that day.

He smiled at the thought of meeting you. But he doesn't know that that day he is wishing for will come sooner than he thought it would.

Y/N: Anyways Koo I have to go now also it might be late over at your place, you should sleep. You have work tomorrow, have a good sleep okay?

Jungkook: Hmm okay, take care. I love you!

He sent flying kisses causing you to hide your blushing face with your hands.

Y/N: Okay okay I'll go now, and I love you too.

You ended the video call while you were still smiling widely.

Y/N: Don't worry Jungkook, I didn't forget your special day. And on top of that, I have the biggest surprise for you.

You actually got an offer, to get promoted or to get transferred to any other place where they have their branches and have the same position. You knew that this was the only chance, for now, to meet Jungkook and go back to your home. And the current position you are, it was pretty high so you didn't feel that bad to give it up.
