Chapter - 1

"Sir, I am already on spot, yeah will update you after investigating" answered the investigating officer Ashwinkumar aka AK to his higher official in mobile. He is just 26 years but have already achieved so many laurels and appreciations, have the highest track record in solving cases. He is the first name department would recommend when it comes to high profile or complicated cases. He has his own set of rivals in and out of department though, because of jealousy and enmity.

"Sir" saluted the officer on spot and started to explain the case to AK "Female 21 years, looks like suicide". AK raised his hand to stop and went to see the victim. He crossed the don't cross tape and entered into the bedroom, there lied the girl with her right wrist slashed, making a pool of blood near the bed, he moved further and saw her face. Something hit him she was so beautiful and too young, she was wearing a long frock and her hairs were curled as if she was getting ready for some occasion, he have seen worst cases in his career but this felt somehow personal to him, he felt weird pain in his heart. He investigated the victim and room thoroughly. "Any suicide notes Maaran" he asked "Yes, sir" said Maaran and handed him a letter already wrapped in plastic, he read the note which said "No one is responsible for my death, I am feeling lonely and I cannot take it anymore", he gave it back and further analyzed the room.

He came out and was thinking something seriously. "Can we proceed further considering suicide" asked Maaran. "Its murder" said AK. Maaran and the other officers in the crime scene were shocked. "Enna sir solreenga" asked Maaran.

[What are you saying sir]

"It was staged, according to her way of holding the knife the sharp edge is on opposite side and seeing her note books the handwriting appears to be little different to me, and I could see a slight blood stained fingerprint in letter on the edge, would she have been writing the letter after cutting the hand and you all would have noticed, she appears to be getting ready somewhere, who will get ready and then commit suicide" said AK and all present there were shocked to see his observation skills within short time.

"AK AK...." called his mom and he woke up from the dream. "Innaki edho sekiram ponum nu sonniye kelambu" said his mom. AK have never had this kind of dream in his three years of service in department, but this appeared to be too real to ignore as another dream, he could still remember her face, whom he have never met in his life before.

[You said you need to start early today, go and get ready]

AK got ready and was having breakfast "Amma enaku oru ponnoda murder kanavula vanchu ma" he said. But his mother did not react and was busily serving him food. "Ammmmmaaaaaaa" he tapped her repeatedly till she reacted "Ipo ennada adhuku, ne paakura velaiku adan kanavula varum" said his irritated mother

[Aaah ok it's paining, ok choose your daughter in law as per your wish, just one condition she should not disturb my work]

His mother was so happy hearing this and she patted his head "En chellakutty da" she hugged him and placed a kiss on his forehead. "Apa ulaga nadipuda" said AK and left for work.

AK's jeep was waiting in a signal and he was reviewing the case file one last time that he was about to submit in commissioner office. He just lifted his head to see the signal and saw the girl from his dream crossing the road pushing her bicycle, he was shocked and started to sweat. "She she ......" stammered AK, "Enna sir aachu" asked the concerned driver. AK calmed himself down "Follow her" said AK pointing to the girl who have now crossed the divider and have started riding the bicycle the other direction.

[What happened sir]

"Sir signal" said the driver. "Just follow her" AK was in a panic mode and was behaving restless, which was very weird to his driver, as AK is a person who will handle any case with a cool head and have never panicked whatever the pressure or situation is. The driver understood its something serious and followed his order.
