Chapter 2

Reborn's POV

As I hang up the phone, I make my way towards the meeting room. As I enter I see Vongola Nono and his guardians are seated as well as the Varia. "VOOOIIII!! Your late!" Squalo yells as he unsheathes his sword and aims it at me. I get Leon in my hands, he turns into a gun and I aim at Squalo. "Now now Squalo, it is quite alright. Now lay down your weapons, we have some business to take care of and go over. Reborn, is it that you called all of us here? Does it have to do the future Decimo?" Nono says as we both put our weapons away. I straighten myself out and make my way towards the table. "Yes, I came to report that his progress has improved over the time that I have been his tutor. I believe it is almost time for him to become publicly known as Decimo." I say as I sit facing Nono with a serious expression "but it seems that some trouble arose while I was away. I'm afraid that I'm gonna have to the time I have here short." As I finish, I see that I got everyone's attention. "What trouble do you speak of Reborn?" Nono says as he holds a serious face but I can see that there is worry in his eyes. Everyone waits expecting the hitman to tell them what he knows about the situation and who or what there next enemy will be. "Tsk, don't keep us waiting, Trash! Tell us what's going on!" Xanxus yelled as he was about to get up "Xanxus I suggest you wait for him to explain, but Reborn I'm pretty sure all of us would appreciate if you sped up the process and tell us what's going on in Japan with the Decimo." Coyote spoke as interrupted Xanxus, who wasn't to happy about but brushed it off. "yes, as i was saying. on my way here I got a alarming call coming from Japan. the call was from-" before i was able to continue the door bursts open Revealing none other then Baka-Mitsu. "My apologies for interrupting the meeting Nono, but we just got news that some VERY important documents seemed to have been stolen. We need to recover those documents as soon as possible." baka-mitsu says as he closes the door behind him and stands in front of the table waiting for Nono to respond. Nono sighs and looks towards Baka-mitsu "which documents were stolen?" he says as he prepares himself for the worst possible outcome. Everyone looked towards him expecting him to respond quickly. I see him struggle with his words, it seems like he needs a little push so that he doesn't waste anymore of our time. I smirk and pull out my Leon gun and aim it towards him "spill it out Baka-mitsu. we don't have all day." I let out just a bit of KI to frighten him a bit. "from the information that we have gotten so far, we know that they were the documents that had the information of the Estraneo family and the experiments they were doing." Iemitsu says it loud and clear for all of us to hear. "Shishishi, what the hell are you talking about?" Belphegor says as he sits up properly listening carefully to what's going on. I pull my hat down just enough to cover my eyes. "Aren't those documents supposed to be with Verde?" Mammon questions while looking between Nono, Baka-mitsu, and myself. "They are, but the last I heard was that Verde was working on a new invention with Spanner and Shoichi. Supposedly it's a new gadget for the battlefield." I responded as everyone's attention turned towards me. " The documents are under heavy security so if someone tried to get them we would be made aware as soon as it happens." I continue and look towards Nono " Yes, Reborn is right. There should have been some sort of alarm that went off as soon as they tried to infiltrate the system. So for the time being I would like your squad Iemitsu to find more information about the person who stole the documents. Tell me as soon as you get the information and track them down." Once Nono finished Baka-mitsu nodded and started heading towards the door. Before he opened the door I called out to him. " I don't remember dismissing you Baka-mitsu. You should hear what I'm about say." He turns towards me as I look at him with a serious expression. " I made a call earlier trying to get into contact with Tsuna, the one that answered almost immediately was Nana." This caught his attention. "And what did she say? Is everything alright over there?" He says as he is fully facing me waiting for an answer. "Nana is alright, but when she answered there was panic in her voice. Tsuna collapsed and was taken to the hospital early in the morning. I have yet to hear about his current condition. Which is why I will be cutting my visit here short and head back as soon as the meeting is over. If that is alright with you, Nono?" I look towards Nono waiting for his response. "Of course, I understand. You may go back, But I have two conditions. The first being that report Tsuna's condition as soon as you get the information and report his condition on a regular bases." I nod to the first condition. it makes sense that he would want to know how his grandson's condition is as well as the future Decimo. "the second condition is that you take the Varia with you. They don't have to stay with you and the Decimo 24/7 but I'm sure they could be useful while the Decimo is under the weather." He then turns to Xanxus. "I would like for you o go back to Japan with Reborn and help guard the Decimo. I'm not saying you have to stay by Tsuna's side the entire time, but if they need help with something please lend them a helping hand. I'm sure it would be useful to have some keeping an eye on the surrounding area making sure there are no suspicious activity in the area." As Nono finishes, we see Xanxus head towards the door. He then turns to me and says "Tsk, what are you just standing there for Trash? Let's go!" He says as he's already out the door while the others follow behind there leader. I smirk, then turn toward Nono and give him a bow before I head out the door as well. I start to make my way towards the main entrance of the Vongola mansion. I stop and turn back to see Baka-mitsu running towards me. Once he catches up he straightens his suit out and looks at me with a serious expression. "Reborn i'm sure you already know how serious it is for Tsuna to get sick, or worse to collapse so suddenly. So please when you go I beg of you to take care of both him and Nana." He says as he bows. I smirk at this and turn away as I make my way towards the door. "Just focus on your work Baka-mitsu. Just leave Tsuna and the others to me." I leave and make my way towards the airport. Next destination: Namimori Japan. Tsk, Dame-tsuna looks like i need to up your training so that this won't happen again. You better prepare yourself.
