You woke up to sunlight seeping through your curtains onto your face. You twitched your eyes in discomfort before adjusting them to the light. You sat up and made your way to the window to open up your curtains. 'What nice weather today' you thought. You lived in a home isolated from Vesuvia, with nothing but grass and trees surrounding you with a single stone paved road leading to the city. There were all types of pretty flowers and herbs you've grown around you home.

You walked over to your restroom and slide open the door. You showered then changed and put on a slim flowered dress with an white apron over it. You fixed your hair up and made your way to the kitchen to grab your watering can. You went out back and watered all your plants before setting out into the city.

Once you arrived to the city you could smell hints of coffee and freshly baked bread form every corner. It was pretty busy in the city with people coming from different directions and merchants inviting others to their stalls. You had to push your way through the busy roads before you finally made it to your shop. "Geez why is it so busy this morning" you muttered while unlocking your door and settling in. The day went by rather smoothly and you were a few minutes away from locking up. I'm the meantime you tidied up some plants and swept up some petals when your heard sudden commotion outside in the distance. It sounded like some prison guards chasing someone as usual. You didn't think much of it and it was sundown so you locked up and started to make your way home. You turned the a few corners before you received the fright of your life. "AHHHHH!" You screamed whilie dropping your bag and stumbling back onto the floor.

There's was a man laying on his side with a giant slash on to his chest. He was holding his chest in pain and was breathing heavily. You wanted to just run away and mind your business but you couldn't bring yourself to leave and instead stood up and slowly walked towards the man. Once you got a closer look you realized it was the man you met yesterday. "Julian??" You questioned in shocked. "What the hell happened to you" you asked. "Huh? Oh it's you" he managed to say through heavy breaths. "Uhh funny story" he chuckled out. You could see he was losing blood quickly so you grabbed you bag and ran towards your shop. "Stay still I'll go get something to help your wound" you spat out. "Oh because I'm just going to get up and go home" he joked. You rolled your eyes at his remark.

You went into your shopped and grabbed bandages and a first aid kit and other helpful items before locking your shop back up. Your approached Julien and lied him onto his back and ripped open his shirt as best you could. You then grabbed some disinfectant to pour over his wound. "This is going to hurt a bit......or a lot" you said in a low tone. "Wait wha- OUCHHH" he yelped making your chuckle a bit. "Oh you'll be fine you wound is shallow after all" you reassured him.
"Ughh it still burns though." He said while pouting. "Oh don't be such a kid" you remarked while wrapping his torso in bandages.

"I can heal this a bit with my magic to close up your wound if you want"you said. "Wait your a magician??" he asked. "Well not exactly, but I've practiced under one ever since I was little so I know most spells" you reassured him. "Still that's so cool I know of a magician like that too...well knew" he said hushing the last part. He stayed quiet after that as though he remembered something he wish he hadn't, so I decided to start healing his wound. When I did there's was a bright blue glow, yet subtle warmth, forming from my hands. I hovered my hands over Julian's wound as he stared at it in awe. I stayed there for a few moments before his wound was completely healed.

I stood up while Julien was frantically touching his chest to see if his wound was truly healed. I giggled at him acting like a kid once again. It was getting dark and I was ready to take my leave. "I guess I should be heading back now" I said smiling. He stopped patting his chest and stood up. "Let me escort you back home as thanks for saving me" he said giving me a warm smile back. "I think I can handle myself, I'm not a child like you after all" I playfully remarked while pouting. "I- I'm no child!" He said. "Oh? then just how did you end up which such an injury, only silly little children fool around get into such trouble" I remarked. He only pouted and stayed silent. 'Looks like I just hit a nerve' I thought while chuckling a bit. I turned, starting to leave while waving my hand. "Goodbye then Mr. Julian and don't come around my shop causing anymore trouble" I said. I could feel him staring at me making me blush. "Whatever....goodbye Y/N" he mumbled the last part.

I'm Once out of the city I followed the single stone paved road back to home. I was totally exhausted after all the work I did today and from using magic.  I quickly showered then threw on a silk sleeping gown before crawling into bed. I was close to drifting off to sleep before I was reminded of the events that just happened. 'I can't believe I saw his chest...it was so toned and Julian's kinda hot..' I thought blushing like crazy. I grabbed and hugged my pillow close to my face as if there was anyone to hide my blush from. "That's enough of these perverted thoughts, I need to get some sleep" I mumbled. I shut off my lamp and snuggled into my covers before drifting off to sleep.
