Taking the title

Once at the castle the queen sent someone to get some tea and harry Julian and the queen sat down to talk
"So your Harry's grandmother right?" asked Julian
"Yes I am" smiled the queen. Harry smiled as well. 'I have a grandmother who is the queen' he thought still not believing it. Then something occurred to him
"Why didn't you take me from the Dursleys? I'm pretty sure the castle has a lot of protection."
The queen looked sad
"I tried. But Dumbledore told me that you were protected there. Every year I sent you birthday and Christmas presents. The wards never allowed to be delivered."
"Oh" said Harry not knowing what else to say.
"I was wondering Harry I you would like to stay with me in the castle." Told Harry
"Temporarily?"
"Permanently" she said smiling " your room is ready up stairs. It has been for a long time"
"Ya Harry you could stay here and I could bring your stuff." Julian said to Harry
"Of course I want to stay here!" Harry almost shouted
"Wonderful" said the queen
Julian stood up "I've got to go ill bring your stuff tomorrow" Julian bowed and was about to leave when harry stopped him
"Wait." Turning to the queen harry asked "Julian's uncle abuses him. Can we adopt him? "
"What" shouted Julian in shock. Being his voice back to normal Julian spoke "Harry my uncle doesn't abuse me -"
'Don't lie Julian. I see wince and hold your ribs when you think I'm not looking. "

The queen looked furious. She had taken quite a liken to the young man.
"Is it true? are you beaten."
"Sorta" Julian mumbled though they both caught it it. "Ill just go now"
"Julian would you like me to adopt you. Because I like the idea of making you my grandson and the crown prince"
"CROWN PRINCE?!" Julian looked shocked "bloody hell"
"What do you say mate?"
"Yes. Merlin knows I'm been trying to get away from him. Thank you."

"I will announce you to the castle staff at dinner for now I have one more thing to discuss with you. Julian would you like to have a bit of potter blood in you.?"

"A little? You can change all the blood in from smith to potter!"

"Are you use once this is done there is no going back"

"Yes I don't want to look back on my old life. My parents weren't exactly the best. I was actually happy to go to my uncles house."

Again the queen looked furious and she got up and came back a minute later with a dagger and a clear potion. Most likely water. She gave the dagger to harry and he looked at her in confusion. She ignored him and looked at Julian.
"Are you absolutely sure. Take all the time you need to think about it."
"No I want to do this."
She nodded and looked at Harry "cut your palm."
He looked at her like she had grown another head but did as she instructed.
"Now drop three drops of blood in the potion."
After she handed to Julian and he drank it before she could say anything.
A few seconds later he started coughing and he dropped the vile. 5 minutes later Julian stood looking exactly like James Potter. He his nice brown hair replaced by messy black hair, his blue eyes are now Havel. He could easily pass as James potter.
The queen had tears running down her cheeks at the sight of her grandson. She quickly wiped at them and said" ill sign the papers immediately and by tomorrow you will officially be Julian Potter." She got up and left the room
"Thank you harry" Julian told Harry
Harry smiled.
'Maybe it's time to tell him my secret' he thought
