Emergency Operation Center, Underneath the Reich Chancellery, Walsenburg.
13th November 2078, 14:35 local time.
Located deep underground beneath the Reich Chancellery, is the Emergency Operation Center. This place is used to summon every cabinet member and other high level government officials, with the exception of the Kaiser, in the time of national emergency that could threaten the survival of the empire.
To access this location, one must travel through a special elevator on the Reich Chancellery and travel to at least 4 heavily guarded security checkpoints. In order to shorten the processing time, every checkpoint is equipped with a special biometric security that automatically identifies who passes through. The identification is so exact that the way how people walk is also observed.
As now, one man who wears a dark greyish blue military dress with a red colored epaulette which is decorated with a gold color insignia, are currently passing the final checkpoints alongside his aide. And most importantly, he is late for the meeting. That man is none other than Emmerich Sthrom, the Director General of the Office of Strategic Intelligence, the Germanian Intelligence Service.
"So much trouble for such a short time isn't it? Kyung-Ha?" Emmerich exclaimed.
"I can't agree more sir." Kyung-Ha nods.
"Well, Let's hope we don't miss too much."
Director Emmerich supposedly arrived in EOC at least 35 minutes ago. But all of this sudden mass trouble kept him occupied for a while back in Gehlen House, the OSI HQ. Not like he will have some significant consequence for being late though.
Soon he and his aide Kyung-Ha arrive in front of the EOC room door, which is barricaded by 8 men, at least two of them are wearing T-58 Kerberos Power Armor. They could hear a lot of commotion from the EOC. After showing their clearance, both enter the EOC smoothly. Inside is a massive room, with a lot of Staff, both military and civilian, who are busy doing their own things.

In front of all of this, a humongous screen showing many informations from news headlines to cam feed of military movement. However many part of it are either static or blank, likely due to communication fallout.
