"Player..?You there?"
Y/N looked around the dark room,squinting their eyes so it can adjust in the dark by a bit.
Therr was a weird glow from the other side of the room that slightly helped Y/N to see better.
"Player..?"
No response still.
They walked in and closed the door behind,looking for the light switch.
Y/N felt their hands land on something and they immediately flipped the light switch.
For the first time they saw Player's room.
It was so...COOL!

Player had so many trophies and random posters on the wall.
There was one big trophy next to a....vending machine?
How did they manage to get that in there?
Y/N couldnt help but stare at the huge trophy until they remember what they were here for.

Looking over to the bed,they saw a lump under the blanket.Walking over,they gently shaked the person who was hiding.

"Player?"
They shaked them again till the person finally took off the blanket off their head.

"Y/N..?How did you get in here?"
They ask.
"I-"
"No matter,just leave."
Player said blankly before putting the blanket over themself again.
"Are you okay?"
Y/N was concerned for them,they wanted to help Player and comfort them through whatever they're going through.
"Hey,if theres something wrong then you can tell me.Im here to listen.That's what best friends are for right?"

Y/N didnt know how to approach Player and convince them to talk to Y/N.There was only one way Y/N could get Player to talk and get out of that blanket.
"Player?Could you come out of the blanket real quick?"
"..."
"Just do it."

Y/N POV:
I prepared myself,ready to tackle Player once they get out of that blanket.
I heard a low sigh coming from the blanket and saw player slowly rising and taking off the blanket.

At that moment,I tackled Player and pinned them down to the bed.
"OOF!Y/N-!"they winced.
"Im sorry Player but if you're not gonna talk then this is the only way i can make you talk."
I felt bad.But i had no other choice,i wanna help them.
"Fine!Ill talk just..let me go!"they whimpered.
I took off my hand that was pinning player down,(wow omg so stronk🚶‍♀️)
"Now tell me,whats been bothering you?"
"Dont even try to say that everything is fine,You've been acting so distant and cold these days." I said,crossing my arms and raising an eyebrow.
Player hesitated before replying.
"Im sorry okay its just.."

"Just what??"

"I dont know how to explain.."

"Did your dad do something again?Did something bad happened?Did you get scammed in adopt me?"

I chuckled,Player rolleed their eyes on me but just laughed along.But no seriously,this mf cried over their fly ride dog that got scammed in that game.

"Do you maybe like someone?"
I joked.But then i saw them stop laughing and tensed up a bit.

"Oh my god..."
"No-"
"YOU LIKE SOMEONE!"
"Y/N SHH-"
"EEEK WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME?!?!?"
"SSHHHH,QUIET DOWN."
They whispered to me,carefully listening for any footsteps indicating that their dad woke up.

I couldnt stop giggling to myself or stopped smiling.
They have a crush! A CRUSH!
Wow!
"Why didnt you tell me sooner!I could have helped you get with them!"
I said to them.
"Ehh-im sure they wouldnt like me back."
Player mumbled,scratching the back of their head.
"Plus,they probably like someone else."they sighed.
"How could you think that!Im sure they'll like you back!"
"Well-if its just a random stranger you found attractive and immediately fell in love with then thats a different story."

I chuckled.
Player just stared at the shelf of trophies in front of them.
I was kinda curious of these trophies,like how and where did Player get them.
I wanted to ask a question but i think now's not a really good time.
Or maybe i could try to cheer them up before i can help them with their problem...

"Hey Player where did you get these trophies?" I asked curiously.
"Oh..those.I just got them from..somewhere."they responded.

(Im time skipping this sht because i can and i dont wanna write a whole entire conversation🚶‍♀️)

We talked for a while,cracking jokes here and there from time to time.We were both laughing now and Player was back in their usual attitude, which is great!Well...now's a good time to ask the question right?
I turned to my best friend and opened my mouth to speak

"So player.."
"Yeah?"
"Who is it?"
"Who's what?"

I forgot they were this dumb.
"Your crush,stupid!"
I huffed.
Player's eyes widened,though,they didnt say a thing.
Were they that embarrassed to admit who their crush is?
It cant be that bad..right?
"Well,we dont have all day- or i mean,all night since its like 7 pm now since i got here."
"Come on,who is it?Who's the lucky person?"

Player hesitated before finally deciding to speak,

"Haha well,you see..."
"That lucky person is...you."

Player mumbled the last word before diving for their blanket and cover themself up again.I heard a faint squeal and more muffled noises.

I didnt know how to respond to that...
I mean-Me?their crush?
But how could they?
I never knew they would catch feelings for me..

But what did i do?
Im just some plain normal person,im not unique in my own way.
How could they fall for someone like me?
I felt my cheeks flushed a bit from embarrassment.
God,i didnt expect that.
What do i do now...?
