Then Maeleigh, Darren and Bella went to Green Bamboo which was right around the corner to get the Chinese food.

“Well My teacher Mrs.Drew made us do a project and I found the box, opened it, found the book, thought it was interesting and went off to read it.”

“SO WHAT YOU'RE SAYING IS THAT WHY YOU TOOK A BOOK AND DIDN’T KNOW IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ON IT... LIKE A NAME?”

“Normally I just pick up any book and read it.”“WITH NO REGARD FOR ANYTHING?”

“She made us do it because she thought everyone was starting to get lazy and she was reading holes so she thought, ‘let’s get these kids digging!’ but I think its so that she could eat 99c slushies with all the other teachers.”

Then Andy went to Green bamboo with his friends and ate Chinese food.

Stephanie woke up.

“Yawn!! Mother, did you get my book back yet?”
Stephanie’s mom knew that she should tell her daughter that she did get the book back but if she did, she'd know the truth.

“No I did not get it back.”

“I’m sorry dear how about you go back to sleep and…

“No I can’t go to sleep knowing that I don’t have my book back, I just can’t!”

Stephanie’s mom trapped Stephanie in a box and buried it in the exact location where here book was once buried.

Stephanie’s mom felt guilty after she buried her daughter. Especially because her last words were “ You call yourself a good mother?” But she knew she was being a good mother by not destroying her mother-daughter relationship.

The S.S. she called it. It stood for the Shameful Secret. It happened all the way back in 1814.

“Mother can you help me with my homework?”
“Certainly dear just give me 5 minutes.”

“Charles that girl is on my last nerve.” Stephanie’s mom was using a whisper.

“Barbra the girl is 8 years old what do you want to do about it.”

“IDK but she’s really annoying.”

Charles went out to the shed crying.

Everybody had just finished their food. Darren had D2, Maleigh had D4, Bella had L1 and Andy had L5.

Just then, everything went black. Then, the gang was in a giant box underground. It was pretty hard to breath in.
