After that day, somethings stayed the same. Except for the fact me and my mom didn't talk at all, and I stayed in my room all day so they don't bug me.
My dad has tried so many ways for us to spend more time with each other. He tried going out, watching a movie all together, even considering a vacation, but none of those things worked.
A+ for effort, but I don't think I can see my mom the same anymore. I still have a grudge against her, yet my dad thinks all of that can go away after a family get together.
I was doing some studying in my room, when I decided to take a break. I went downstairs to see my parents both on the laptop looking for something. I didn't think of much of it and just shrugged it off.
I got a snack from the cabinets and was about to go back upstairs, but curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to see what they were doing.
"Oh hey sweetie, please don't-" My mom tried to stop me or warn me, but I looked anyway.
It were pictures of homes for sale."Huh? Why are you guys looking at these-" Then my mind knew. "Are you kidding me? We just moved a few months ego?"
"Y/n... It was my idea. I just thought maybe we can start all over again. Move to a great place and be happy-" my dad smiled.
"Dad! Can you stop trying to make this family happy and actually TRY to fix the actual problem instead of trying to hide the fact that I hate mom." I yelled.
My mom's eyes widen, but she didn't say anything. She already knew.
"Y/n! Don't raise your voice at me-" My dad was offended with my sudden outburst.
"No!" I interupted him. I sighed. "Do you actually care for me." I asked.
"Of course. What sort of question is that?" He asked.
"Really? Because it doesn't seem like you even care about my feelings, and only yours." I said.
"I- Look I just thought we can start over again. Ever since we moved here, it has been quite a mess." My dad said calmly.
"So you think moving places would fix our family?" I asked. "That means we would have to move away from Selever..."
"Yes, but that's the only sacrifice." My dad said.
"I sacrificed being an angel to be with him, and you're saying that I should give up all that!" I yelled.
My dad and mom stayed silent. "Y/n. We're just trying to do what's best for us." My mom finally said something. "Look, ever since we moved back here everything went down hill."
"Nothing went down hill, before you told me that you were using me!" I said. "Why won't you just blame yourself for why this family is messed up."
"I am! I'm trying to make it up to you! What do you want me to do Y/n! You won't forgive me for anything." My mom sighed.
"Because what you did hurt me a lot mom. Try actually caring about me, instead of yourself for once." I walked out of the house, and flew to the church. I don't wanna see them.

"WHAT." Selever's eyes widen.
"Look, they were just considering it." I said. I told Selever about the whole situation.
"I don't ever want you to move. We're finally together, and your parents decide to fuck it up." Selever said.
"Yeah. I don't know what's wrong with my parents." I chuckled. "To be honest, I don't know any good solution to fix it. Actually forgiving my mom right now is not an option. I feel like if my mom starts being nicer to me, it's all an act..."
"Man you really are in a tough situation." Selever chuckles.
"Yeah, and it would be greatly appreciated if you helped me!" I whined.
"Yeah whatever. Just act like everything is normal again. Like when you guys moved here." Selever suggested.
"No. That's just covering the fact we ever had a problem, and not really fixing it." I face palmed. "I could run away...?" I suggested that as a joke.
"I mean, you could live with us. I could kinda get used to it..." Selever shrugged. "It'll just be kinda weird."
"Yeah. Love you, but you can be seriously annoying." I smiled.
"You too." Selever rolled his eyes. "What do you even want?" Selever asked.
"Well I want to know that they love me for who I am, and give me space." I said.
"Tell them that. I mean I know you did, but tell them in a more calm and more detailed way so they can get that idea inside their small brains." Selever suggested.
"That's not bad. I could." I said. "But I feel like they'll just ignore my idea or lie about the idea." I said, overthinking the idea.
"Just do it. You have nothing to lose anyways." Selever said.
"I guess. I'm not really looking forward to it." I sighed.
