Max's POV
When I arrived at my room I grabbed Blossom tenderly, regretting dearly that I accidentally left her in order to not disappoint the brothers. Nuzzling my face on her soft stuffed body, I slowly went to my bed I have not used yet.
As I finally went into a comfortable position with Blossom, the numbness faded. That's when I started crying. I cried and cried until I felt empty and then I just stared at the ceiling. After what felt like an eternity someone knocked on my door.
"Who is it" I said blankly, "It's Shu, it's time for dinner" Shu's muffled voice said, "okay." I don't know if I wanted to eat but I still sat up from my position and carefully got out of bed, Still being dizzy I make it out of my bedroom and soon enough to the dining room, of course with Blossom for emotional support.
As I entered I saw everyone. Once again I sat at the only available spot left at the table, Which was in-between Ayato and Yui. "Good for you to make it Max" Reiji said politely, "I guess" I quietly responded, the table was silent until Laito stood up and made his way to Yui.
"Why aren't you eating again Bitch-Chan" The pervert said casually. "I don't know, I'm not hungry" Yui responded sharply, I look at Reiji and raise my hand. Almost immediately he noticed, "Yes Max? He asked curiously, "Can I please be excused." He looked at my plate not a single piece of food or table ware moved out of place.
I glance over at Yui she's being fed by laito.
Looking back over to Reiji I add "Can you also get me a dozed cranberry juices." I guess the whole table was listening cause, Laito stopped feeding Yui, put the fork he was holding down and made his way to me? "Now why would you need a dozen of them and we offered to get a different kind of juice for you?"
"I just though of what Yui said earlier, might as well drink the juice" I said coldly. Sadly I expected the reaction Yui gave, she's laughing hysterically. Suddenly I remembered to thank Kanato of the tea party, "Oh yeah Kanato" Yui's laugh abruptly and looked at the both of us, "Yeah Max?"
"Thank you for inviting me for a tea party, I can't remember the last time I had some one to play with!" I exclaimed, my emotionless mask broke as I let a few tears slip. Laito who I forgot was standing right next to me picked me up gently, I turned around and koala hugged Laito. It felt like a dam broke.
"I'm sorry for making another scene, I just don't remember the last time I received a hug or gave one!"
Shu's POV
The only thing I felt, shock. How does he not remember when had a hug, his first time having someone play with him. I slightly look at everybody else in the room, they all had some kind of shock or surprise on their face, Laito and Kanato were about to tear up. I look at Yui it disgust me what I see she's glaring at Max and Looks upset.
Max's POV
I calm down a bit and I quietly asked laito to set me down, I look at everyone. "I'm so sorry to disrupt dinner, I'm feeling way better, thank you!" I say. As I walk toward the exit of the dining room, "I hope I get another soft hug from you laito and another tea party with you Kanato and teddy!" I yell and run having a big goofy smile on my face. Maybe this won't be that bad.
