Through the same detector alice that Ai have, In the quiet room with a white haired girl laying on the hospital bed, everything was colorless except the gentle color of a light red flame..

It flickered gently, softly as the flame grew more vibrant, more energetic and more... lively.

Thump...

Thump...

Her heartbeat sounded like a beautiful musical as the gentle color of light brown crawled down from the root of her hair, removing the color of white as her hair returned back to it's beautiful light brown color.

Like a drawing that is being colored, her skin turned back to it's former silky, flawless glory, her pale lips turned glossy and pink, And lastly, the beautiful color of brown returned to her mesmerizing eyes.

Outside of the hospital building, Natsume returned to his room in anger, sitting on his bed with his fist clench hard, his face void from any emotions, after being dragged away by narumi to force him onto his own bed to rest.

But still...who can rest after seeing one of your dear friend in that state? No one can, narumi instructed hotaru and ruka to find mika and distract her as long as they can... well until one of them find the courage to say the truth about Ai to her.

Besides natsume's bed is a vase full with different kinds of flowers that his classmates(mostly sumire) gave him.

Like the other plants surrounding the area, it's was withered and dead, any plants that gets near Ai within a radius will die and wither away, but natsume saw a red petal being blown away by the air coming from the window....with eyes widen in shock he looked at the flowers..

It can't be.....

He thought, all the life and colors of the flower came back even more beautifuler, They bloomed with joy and happiness.

He jumped down from his bed, jolting out of the room like a rocket, he ran as fast as he could...

Finally reaching the front of her door, with no second thought he twisted the door knob.

And there she is, sitting up on her bed, looking out of the window, her hair dancing in the wind, a gentle gaze in her eyes and a gentle smile on her lips..

Everything was processing too slow.... literally just an hour ago she was lying lifeless and cold on that bed, she was declared dead for crying out loud! But she came back to life...

"Ai?.." it was the first time he uttered her name, Ai softly turned her head to his direction, her smile grew even more at the sight of him "hi...." She said.

He ran to her, with thinking at all he grabbed both her hand and pulling her in, hugging her tight, discarding the fact that she wasn't wearing a glove, but somehow.....natsume wasn't...frozen, he didn't turned to ice.

Even Ai was shocked by this, she closed her eyes before opening them again, her eyes turning gold, activating her detector alice.

Natsume found himself in the familiar colorless and void world, looking down at her, her once dying and weak flame of life turned into something so bright and soft, reminding him that this isn't a dream... this is reality... she's fine, she's in his arms, his hugging her right now!, It's alright.

"You idiot, you stupid doll face...baka, baka, baka" He keep muttering those words as he hug her even tighter, Ai just smiled as she knew that it was his way of telling that 'I'm glad your back'.
