I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock ringing. " Y/n, will you shut that off?! Still trying to sleep here! " Richie groaned. " Well good morning to you too! " I scoffed as I turned the alarm off and headed to the bathroom to change. After changing I remembered, " SHIT! " I whispered to myself. We were going to the quarry in - I checked my watch, IN 30 MINUTES?! " Richie! Get up! We're going to the quarry with the rest of the losers. " I shouted as I ran into the room and shook the bunk bed. " Already? What time is it? " He said as he sat up still trying to wake up. " It's 9:22! We're meeting them at the quarry at Exactly 10 sharp. " I scowled as I got my clothes and towel from the closet and went to the bathroom to change. Again. All I heard was a groan from my brother as he climbed down the ladder assuming he was getting his boxers and clothes from the closet.
As I was peacefully changing I heard Richie knocking. " Heyy, Y/n!! You done yet?? Too busy freshening up yourself for Eddie, huh? Is that why you're taking soooo long? " Richie said knocking continuously, till I opened the door. I wore a Y/f/c ruffled sort of see through dress, so that it'll be easy to take it off and I could just jump in the quarry.

When I opened the door I saw my brother smiling. " Took you long enough. " He smirked. " Grow up, trashmouth. " I scoffed passing him.
" I'll meet you outside, now you don't take long or else I'll push you off at the quarry! " I shouted as I ran down the stairs and got my PB & J sandwich my mom made for Richie and I. I guess she left early again? Or didn't come back home
While I was waiting outside for my brother I ate my sandwich when I saw this, red balloon? Just floating across the intersection making it's way Neibolt Street and saw a clown poke out from the side of the abandoned house smiling at me I perked up and looked around to see if anyone saw it too. That was odd? How was that possible? And who was that, Halloween isn't even here in like, 4 months? I looked back and the clown was gone, except the balloon was still there. I about to follow it whenI heard the front door close. " Okay let's go. Hey what time is it? I told them we'd be there 5 minutes before. " Richie said calmly as he hopped onto his bike. " Richie! It's 9:50! Now we gotta bike fast, no thanks to you YOU! " I growled as I scurried onto my bike. " And isn't a time you got a watch?! " I shouted as we were biking to the quarry. " Hey! Remember I had one but I lost it and mom won't buy me a new one! So what choice do I have?!? " He shouted as he biked forward. " Come on! Let's just go! " I shouted as I biked past him.
