Author's note: sorry it's kinda bad so far I'm new to writing. I hope this next chapter will make up for that!

Constance stood up abruptly, slamming her hands on her desk. This was too much. She headed towards the door on the right hand side of the classroom.
"Young lady, where do you think you're going?" Her teacher called after her, but Constance didn't hear him. Her mind was on that voice, which only now she was able to make out what it was saying.
It rang in her ears again.
Help me.
Over and over again, echoing in her mind. Not knowing where she was going, Constance continued walking until she found herself in the middle of a field.
It was a beautiful flower field, daisies and daffodils and many other flowers she couldn't name.
But that voice twisted what would of been a beautiful landscape into a terrifying mess of pleads for help.
"Who are you?" Constance demanded to know.
No answer.
And so again, "Who are you?"
But still, no answer.
This time she thought furiously, Who are you?
And then the voice responded.
Arlen.
Why do you need help?
It's a lie.
What's a lie?
Everything. The world is not what we know it to be. Help me save it.
What? What the hell are you talking about?
Arlen laughed.
Silly girl, the world is fake. It's all being controlled by a greater power.
And what is this greater power?
You don't need to know that yet. Just know that all the things you believe to be true, all the people you trust, they're all fake.
You're lying.
I'm not.
Yes you are. You're just a voice in my head. You have no power over me, leave me alone.
He chuckles again.
You'll believe me soon enough, Constance.
