Personally: Nomi is really nice and kind whenever you are sad she will help cheer you up,she is also really funny and whenever she smiles it makes everyone around her smile two. But can be sassy or mean to her enemies
Known alligance: the rebellion
Bloodline: Heiwa(this is a dojutsu which makes the user's eyes glow white while using. It is really powerful and everyone fears it because it can make somebody freeze in place for as long as the user want but can only freeze people twice per day. The other abilities of the Heiwa is That the user can see Chakra when active and can rewind time for 20 seconds but they must wait 20 seconds to do it again. They can only go back in time to say someone from death if the user dies in the process.

Lighting jutsu: lightning clone technique,static strings technique Lighting release: lighting bolt technique, lighting release:blade technique, control loss technique, Twitching limb technique, Electric needle spread technique, Piercing arrows, rising storm technique.

Weapons: long katana with a red hilt It is very durable, it can shot Chakra out of the tip of the blade
