PGIPP was a large brick building. It was in the middle of nowhere. there was no civilization around for miles. Wrapping around the outside of the building was a 10 foot tall electric fence, kept on all the time. It kept the inmates in and any suspicious life form out.
It was on the newer side, beginning with peculiar animals an occurrence caused by radiation exposure, and genetic mutations. Now since the officials had discovered humans with peculiar abilities, PGIPP had set up dorms, schooling schedules, activities, and researching centers fit for humans.
Olivia, Jackson, heather Arabella, and Rebecca lived here now, miserably. The facility had cut off all contact with friends and family.
But, they kids quickly befriended each other.

Every morning the kids were woken at 7:15 am. They had 10 minutes to dress in their uniforms, which included red polo shirts plaid skirts for the girls and tan pants for boys.
Then the were sent off to various testing labs were scientists scrutinized any form of development in the child's special ability.
Then off to schooling, lunch recreation, dinner, and bed. The schedule never changed.
