Y/n' parents are best friends with Katie's parents and y/n went to hang out with Katie for the summer, they have been childhood best friends all their lives....or is it more like love? This summer will never be forgotten that for sure
Y/n was in class with her friends, it was the last day of term before summer break. "So Guys do you want to come to a pool party at mine on Wednesday". Jake asked them all. Jake was the kinda guy that invited everyone to his pool parties even though he only had a crush on y/n (she didn't know about). "I can't...sorry". You said as you turned to face him. "What?! Why!". Lily questioned. "I'm spending the summer in Ireland". You said with a smile. "Ugh with Katie right?". Jake asked, he wasn't a fan of her. "Omg omg no way, ahhh Katie McGrath!!!". Leah screamed. "Your so lucky to be friends with her Y/n!!". Lily said. "Come on Guys it's only Katie". Harry said as he placed the baseball cap back on his head. "Yeah she is one of the best actresses EVER!". Leah screamed at him. "Y/n you better post on your Instagram everyday!". Lily said with a huge smile. "I will, don't worry". You said laughing at your friends. "And tell Katie we all said hi!". Leah said as you all got up and left the school.
"Catch you later Y/l/n". Jake said as he winked at you and walked off. "Y/n let's go!". Lily and Harry shouted. You all went back to your houses .
"Y/n how was your day at school sweetheart". Your mom asked as you walked into the kitchen. "It was good, I am going to pack". You said as you ran upstairs. "We are dropping you off at the airport at 8:00". Your dad shouted. "Okay!". You shouted back. You packed a suitcase for 6 weeks as that is how long you were staying.
*IN IRELAND* you were at the airport in Ireland waiting for Katie to pick you up. "Y/n!". Katie said as she got out the car and hugged you. "Hey Katie". You said hugging her back. You put your suitcase in the boot and jumped into the passenger seat. "So hows life? A lover?". Katie said nudging your arm. "Yeah actually I do". You said to see her reaction. She looked at you with a kinda sad but confused face. "Got you!, no really everyone at my school is ugly". You said as you laughed. "Wow when did you get so mean!". Katie joked. "When I met you". You said as you winked. You arrived at Katie's house and she helped you take your bags up to the room. "Wow this is nice, thanks". You said as you got into the room. "Oh yeah my mum and dad knew you were staying so they made it extra special". Katie said as she winked at you. "Give me a shout when you want to go meet my friends". Katie said as she left the room. You unpacked and got changed into a crop top, some denim shorts and converse shoes. you walked downstairs. "Katie I am ready, let's go-". You stoped as you saw Katie staring at you. "Katie? Hello?". You said. "Oh uh yeah let's go!". She said as she opened the door. She grabbed your sunglasses off the top of your head and put them on, running off down the street. "KATIE!". you shouted as you ran after her.
You reached the cafe and she still had your sunglasses on and wouldn't give them back. "Hey guys!". Katie said as she waved to her friends. "Hey Katie. Y/n!". Nicole said as she gave you a hug. "Hey Nicole". You said smiling. "Wow I will hug Melissa then". Katie said as she pulled Melissa into a hug. "Nice shades are they new?". Melissa said as she pointed at the sunglasses Katie was wearing. "No they are mine she stole them". You said as you stood next to Katie, she pulled you into a side hug and laughed. "Well let's get food I am starving". Nicole said as you all sat down. You sat next to Katie and Nicole and Melissa sat opposite you. You were all talking and laughing, you were trying to get your sunglasses back from Katie but every time you tried she would move her face away.

After the food you all went for a walked along the beach, you were still trying to get your sunglasses back, Katie was only a few years older than you (your 18 and Katie is 20) so you found it annoying how you couldn't get them back. "Y/n you should just stop trying, you won't be them back". Nicole said as you all walked along the beach. "Nicole is right y/n". Katie said with a smile. There was a big rock so you stood on it and as Katie walked by you jumped on her back, she caught you but grabbed the sunglasses before you could get them, she put them on her shirt. "Dang I was so close". You said as Katie grabbed your legs. "So sad, but now I get to throw you in the ocean". Katie said as you all walked closer to the water. "No Katie please..please this outfit is new and my shoes are white they will get recked". You said as you tried to make her let go of your legs. "Well your the one who jumped on my back". Katie said. "Throw her in, throw her in!". Nicole and Melissa chanted. "Guy stop no!". You said still trying to get off Katie. She ran up to the water but didn't throw you in, she finally put you down. "Omg I was sacred for my life". You said as you stepped back a bit. The others just laughed. "If you want your sunglasses, come and get them". Katie said as she pointed to her shirt. "You keep them for a bit, they look good on you". You said as you all started to head back to Katie's house. Katie smiled and put her arm around you.
Back at Katie's house you all sat down in the lounge. You and Katie on one couch and Nicole and Melissa on the other, Katie put mamma Mia on. "Does everyone want wine". You asked as you got up. "Yes please". They all said. You went into the kitchen and poured four glasses of red wine, you went back into the lounge and handed glasses to Nicole and Melissa. You turned around and saw Oisin sat were you were sat previously. "Seriously Oisin?". You said and he looked up at you. "It's alright he will move in a min". Katie said, she was right he moved and you sat back down. "Well today was fun". You said as you handed Katie her wine. You placed your legs over Katie's lap and sipped your wine. "Yeah it was and I got new shades". Katie said as she winked at you. "Ugh your Seriously going to go on about that if I don't take them aren't you". You said as you rolled your eyes. "Yep I am". She said as she sipped her wine. Nicole and Melissa just laughed.
2 hours later you were tipsy, everyone else was fine. "I tHink I mIght gEt mY shAdes baCk". You said placing your drink on the coffee table, walking over to Katie. Katie looked at you and laughed, the other two just watched in silents. You straddled Katie's lap and grabbed your sunglasses from her shirt. "Thank you". You said as you got up and sat back down on the couch. Katie was shook but didn't show it, she was also confused as to why she had butterflies...
