i think im normal

im like every normal teenage girl

I like to make myself look nice

add an extra coat of mascara

maybe some lip gloss

I love the mall

trying out clothes

looking in the mirror

not feeling like my body is mine

am i myself?

ill brush it off

im a teenager after all

I have no worries

but ill see a man follow me

get teased

get groped

and catcalled

and laughed at

but its ok

because im a teenager.
