chapter 9

Misaki:
After misaki finished cooking for saitama some meal for dinner, she took the plates that was in her hands to the living room and placed them on top of the table that was in front  of him
"Here is your meal your majes-- I mean saitama sama! I hope you'll enjoy it "
Misaki said while stepping away and letting saitama eat her meal and see his reaction.

Saitama:
When he saw misaki placing the plates of food on the table his head turned around to see what could it be because it smelled so good ,
It was a plate of a steak and omelet in it.
" oh that looks good let me try it "
When he said that he went down from his couch and clapped his hands together saying "itadakimas" as meaning to dig into the food , he took his knife and fork and started to cut a slice from the steak and took a bite,
he was chewing on it his reaction was changed for a moment and his cheeks glow a bit pink from loving the taste of this delicious steak and went on eating the rest loving it.

"This is so good good job misaki ! I'm pretty sure you're gonna make a good cooker!"
He said that while his left cheek was full with food and chewing on it.

Misaki:
" Really you like it???
Thank you so much I'm so glad you liked my cooking I'll cook anything for you from now on I promise you just save my village please!! "
She was so happy that he loved her cooking so far and went in eating more and more then clapped her hand together as thanking him for enjoying her food and as begging to help out her village.

~some hours ago~

Saitama was now laying on his couch in deep sleep , when misaki was outside his balcony watching over the moon that was glowing in the dark night sky with the many different kind of stars, she loved that view and always liked watching it by herself back when she was in her village with her master "pico" it gives her back the good memories she had with him.
Until by sudden her moment was interrupted by hearing the front doorknob being moved and the door was opened , misaki went hiding quickly so she can attack who ever entered the house.
When he was getting more closer and closer misaki activated her power and used the element of fire , when the figure was about to step inside the balcony misaki took is as a chance to attack this person by jumping at him and kicking his neck and brining him down on the floor blocking him from moving by grabbing his neck and having her other hand full with fire ball that was about shot him , but when misaki looked close to who it was she recognized who is it and it was genos.
" Omg I'm so so sorry genos!! Are you okay? "
She said laying up from his body and desactivating her power quickly then looking at genos seeing if she might've  hurt him anywhere.

Genos:
When misaki took his body by surprise like that he couldn't react or reflect or anything because her speed was unexpected and wasn't noticeable until he took some time for her to recognize his identity and lay up finally from his body letting go of his neck and giving him a chance to breathe.
"Yeah I'm okay misaki thank you but please before u attack anyone make sure you see who they are first you might've killed me out there."
He said while rubbing off his shirt from the dirt that got on him.

Misaki:
"I'm so sorry I won't do it again I promise you!!!"
She said while having a nervous funny reaction on her face and waving her hands randomly.

Genos:
"Though u should go get some rest for now tomorrow we need to get ready and prepared for our fight remember?"

Misaki:
"But genos the king of darkness won't attack right now ! He will be awakend when the moon is fully completed that's when his shadows will spread  and start his attacks, we should go tomorrow to see if any of his servants are lurking around!"
Misaki said as she was explaining to genos about the situation they need to be careful of for the next day.

Genos:
"Do u possibly know how his servants looks like ? Or recognize their figure by a chance? We must know before we try to attack any innocent person tomorrow by mistske.."
He said while his index and thumb finger was supporting his chin thinking.

Misaki:
"Hmm I think I remember how they look like hold on!"
Misaki grabbed her pocket that was near by and pulled out a picture of the shape of the darkness king monsters that serve him that her pico drew in his office after the incident and gave it to misaki to show it to the 1st level if he needed this important information.

Genos:
When he took the paper that misaki gave him he focused on the figure of each monster he had and every detail that was writing on it , but for now he took it with him and hide it inside his pants pocket and looked down back at misaki.
"Thank you for this important information misaki , but for now go to sleep and we will work together on hunting them down."
He said while staring at misakis face giving her a relief that everything will be fine by tomorrow so there is no need to worry about anything.

Misaki:
When she saw that genos took the paper with him and replaced it in his pocket she was glad that it was useful for him now to use it for tomorrow.
"Okay then but genos before I go to sleep can I have a head pet before bed? It's a habit my parents always used to give me whenever I need to go to sleep."
She said while looking at genos with an adorable face and eyes.

Genos:
When he heard what she had to say about that he was pretty much confused on what he should do and looked at her with a raised eyebrow for being confused on what she really meant by that.
But he didn't want to think about it to much and just bought his hand over her head and started to rub her soft silky hair gently and doing his best comforting her.
"Like this?"
He asked while his hand kept on rubbing her hair softly and gently enjoying the sensation of how warm and fluffy it was.

Misaki :
" mmm yes just like that~♡ "
Misaki always loved that feelings of someone playing or petting her head , it always gives her comfort and warmth to feel save after every nap she needs to take.
After genos was done petting her they both went to sleep in the same room since the house only had 1 room and saitama was already sleeping on the couch and genos was laying on the ground while misaki was falling asleep on the bed.
