So much lounging,
So many temptations,
So much bitterness,
So much weakness,
So much defeat and yet I still stand.
With the hope of revival.
When will you call us? When will I see you?
When will I come home? I don't know but still, I will follow cause you're my only hope.
You are my truth.
You are my love.
You can never be wrong.
You are unchanging.
You are the God of the impossible.
You are my crown.
You are king of kings.
You are Lord of Lords.
You are what my soul longs for and in you're house is where I will endure forever and evermore.
Waiting for you seems like a long road but the race is still not over and my crown awaits at the finish line. So I will push my worries aside and run.
I will run towards you.
Even with all the dirt you still want my heart so I will run even though when it feels neverending right now.
My battle feels like defeat after defeat.
The beginning, middle and even the end might look like I'm losing ...
But with great zeal will my commander come to my rescue.
I know he will cause I know in whom do I believe.
Even when I'm not perfect you still stand there unchanging with the same heart full of neverending unconditional love.
You are my rock. You're the only one for me.
You are the only one.
You are the only true one.
You are living, You are speaking, You are guiding with you're eyes on me.
You will never forsake me.
You are in my mist.
You are mighty to save.
You have plans for me.
You will never rest until you see me with you.
And You would never lie.
You're words and promises never fade away.
You are the only one.
You are the light.
And you're mine as I'm yours.
Praise be to your name Jesus forevermore. By your grace, I stand. By your mercy I withstand.
You are Love, Indeed.
