Namjesus community is introducing a 'trainee' role into the community for the candidates who are very new and intend to learn. The community has successfully tutored rookie members to comprehend their fields and now it's officially launching interns role for the newly joining Wattpadians.

Interns will be provided with the learning materials, practising equipment and techniques to learn more about their fields.

ᴅᴇᴛᴀɪʟꜱ

(Basics details will be mentioned, if you have any queries, you may comment down or send us a dm)

• one can promptly apply for an internship or can be suggested to have a training period according to their performance in the interview.

• The internship period will be of One to Two months according to the requirements of the position and performance of the candidate.

• One has to pass a trial round even for the interns' role. (This trial won't have any sophisticated questions but simple ones just to know One's seriousness about the position and the community)

• One has to be open to criticisms and should be humble. (We don't criticize anyone needlessly, but constructive criticisms help a lot in growing, one can learn where they lack and have to put for efforts on).

• An intern will be considered a member of the Namjesus community, note that this is not academia so one will be trained and experienced by fieldwork and practical knowledge rather than theory-based studies.

• There will be limited seats for the interns' position as we would focus on the individual's performance rather than running after crowds.

Note- interns can't go on hiatuses for a month or more unless they have an emergency. (Long holidays may drag their performance down if they can't keep up with their teams, it would be their disadvantage)
