Chapter 20

Wesley's P.O.V

I comforted Luca as he slept and eventually fell asleep myself. When I woke up I looked down at Luca, I hoped he will feel better today. I sighed and started singing a random song I knew as I played with his hair. He moved his head slowly, and then opened his eyes gradually. They seemed different from yesterday... today they were brighter, and appeared clearer, almost a transparent ice-blue. His pupils had faded slightly too, could he see me?
"Wesley... good morning." He smiled, his teeth were a bright white.
"Good morning sweetie, how's your vision and how do you feel?" I asked him. All of a sudden he shot up in bed and became really hyper.
"Never better, and I can see great... probably better than before! This is awesome, we should celebrate when we leave, and maybe even buy a lot of candy. I like candy, in fact it feels like I've just ate a lot! come on, I want to go right to the top of the ship!" He spoke really fast, and grabbed my hands pulling me up.
I stuck my tongue out at him and hugged him,"first you're getting dressed bunny." I said and kissed his lips then pulled away. He'd started to bounce on the bed, his energy seemed to shoot up gradually. He chuckled.
"Okay... then we HAVE to go swimming in the sea before we leave! I totally never thought of doing that before just now. OH and guess what?" He jumped from the bed and rushed to the closet, pulling out a bunch of clothes.
"What? Bunny. That's your much name bunny."I smiled and pour on a pair of sport shorts and a red tank top. He turned to face me then, a pile of clothes in his arms, although what he planned to do with them all I'd never know.
"Oh YAY! A new nickname, I love it! I should give you one too, I'll totally think about it in the bathroom whilst changing and then tell you. AND also, my 'guess what' thing is this..." He jumped over to me and planted a kiss on my mouth before he gave a wink and smiled, brightly. What the hell is happening to him? (You :D he's adorable lol thank you, I' honestly have no idea what is with him now, I'm just going with it till an idea comes :D)
"Love you bunny." I smirked,"go get dressed." He nodded and rushed to the bathroom, slamming the door in excitement. After a few minutes, I heard a few crashes and then a rather excited tone leak through the bathroom door.
"OH WOW! I am so cool NOW!" He emerged from the bathroom wearing clothes that were totally not in our closet. He wore a black hat, a dark pink shirt with a black waistcoat, and black knee-high shorts, with... knee-high boots? He'd accessorised with chains on his shorts, a skull earring in his right ear, dangling down, and a cross around his neck, rings occupying his fingers, and black nail polish. Not to mention his eyeliner... it really complimented his eyes and skin.
I smiled at him,"why do I get the ones with a sense of style which I don't have." I shook my head,"you look hot." He did a hyper spin and then held out his arms...
"I just thought about wearing this very thing. Here, think of something you want to wear... quick."
"You pick."I told him, and took his hand. He took a moment and then grinned at me.
"I have the perfect outfit. Close your eyes."
I closed my eyes as he told me.
"Picture yourself wearing a white waistcoat, a black t-shirt, a red tie, and a pair of black knee-high shorts. On your feet bring to mind a pair of your favourite brand of shoe and any accessories you can think of. Fix your hair how you'd like it to be, and then tell me you're ready."
"Yup ." I felt him jump slightly in his excitement and he giggled.
"Okay, sweet, this is gonna be so cool!" After a few moments of silence, he dropped my hands and then said with a clap.
"Open, open! Hurry up, you look so HOT!"
I opened my eyes and looked at him,"so what are we doing today?"
To my surprise Luca shut his eyes and held out the palm of his hand, then a pair of thin hair clips emerged from nowhere, and in true 'Luca' form, he thought nothing of it as he opened his eyes and placed them in the right hand side of his hair, responding with a smile.
"Well we need to make a stop to Noah, I need to ask him something. And YES, you're coming too before you decide to bail on me."
"Fine." I sighed.
