Re. Doctor she just got horrified and run outside to call someone for help shouting loudly.   Shivay who is traumatised seeing her like this. He just set on the floor and took her head in his lap.  Ayoo started crying more and more trying to touch his mother but shivaay turn his face for not scaring him  seeing blood

They needs to take her but he is the one who traumatised and sitting there having her head in his head.  When he didn't move one of man  attempt to carry Anika but before he touch her he just hold his collar and throw him away  with full force that he fell on the floor after hitting the wall moaning in pain

Shiv. Don't you dare. Just don't you dare to touch my wife. If you tried to even touch her hair then I'll break your every part of body.  Did you get that he screams on top of voice making ayoo more cry.

Do .  sir don't be mad. Let us take her. Her blood already got  lost a lot.  I don't think so she would survive the way you are not letting us take it.

Sir please let us take her or if you want you can carry himself.  As these words fell in his ears he give Ayoo to doctor and carry Anika in her arms whose head just hanged down lifelessly in his arms.   Seeing her like this he burst into tears feeling so bad.  He unwillingly put her on the stature and took Ayoo in his arms back who is trying to go in his mother's arms throwing himself towards her but unfortunately she is moveless to carry him soon they just pushed her stature and move out from there along with shivaay who is holding her hand tightly in his grip.
