SERENA POV

I went upstairs with the Girls and started wearing the dress they bought me . It was beautiful . The colour exactly matched my preferences and it was the perfect dress for a pokemon Peformance . It was kind of a good gift on Christmas Eve .

"Oh Serena you look Awesome . " said Iris while folding her hands .

"Oh you look Beautiful . Red will drool over you for sure ." May squealed with excitement .I blushed a little at the compliment .

Dawn was a little in her own world . She was thinking about something . I didn't pay much attention to it but she complimented me over the dress .

"Hey Serena have you got a crush over that Red guy ? " asked May .

"Ummm ... " I hesitated a little .

" You are blushing . You surely do . " said Dawn . This earned a little stare from the three to my faces which was steaming hot .

"Ok Ok OK ... Yeah we are good friends . " I blurted out .

"A little more than friends I assume . You stay at his house even . " said May nudging my shoulders .

"Whoever he is , he has strong pokemon alright . " said Iris .

"Yeah he one -shotted both of us , right Dawn ? " asked May .

"I don't know . People say he cheated , but there is no evidence either . But that Guy is kinda creepy . He separates from the group . He does talk to Aria and Gary . and to you too ? " asked Dawn

" Yeah We talk quite good . He didn't cheat either . Didn't the official at the Trevor's Match went a complete analysis over his pokemon ? And he was quite powerful as he was the other day with you . " I replied .

"Coming to the fact , Has he ever been in Leagues ? " asked Dawn .

"I don't know . " I lied .

"So Serena , who is actually Red ? He is kinda familiar . . ." asked May .

"I will tell you everything Just settle down . "

Should I tell them ? It should be good for him . Finally he will gain some recognition .Maybe I should Ash first about it ? or not ? He has kept it a secret for a particular reason . Maybe I should confront him first .

But he was talking downstairs . Let me just call him for once .

"Hey Ash !! " I called .

"Yeah Serena , Whats up ? "  He shouted frm the living room .

"Come up here a bit ." I said .

"Wooh Serena , you look Great !! " He said as he saw me in the new dress .

"Thanks Ash . But I had one thing to ask . " I said .

"Yeah sure , Ask away . " He replied .

"Its . . . Like my Friends want to know your real identity , and they have a familiar handle with you . Should I tell them you are who ?" I asked expecting a hopeful answer from him .

"As good as it sounds Serena to you , it is as bad for me . Please don't . My name has public hatred and even I am not a official battler now .Hope you understand ."He sadly said .

"As you say Ash .  I will make up some story about you taking part in leagues and losing them ." I told him .

"Thanks Serena . . ." He said as he went to the Kitchen .
