“Little Senior Sister isn’t an outsider. Isn’t that right, Little Senior Sister?” Su Yize blinked. When the teenager smiled, he looked pure and bright. He was probably a very popular hunk in his school days. But to Xing Jiuan, he was just a kid.
“Young child, don’t say such things about love so casually like that,” Xing Jiuan said, echoing Ou Qi.
Ou Qi couldn’t help but laugh. Lu Mingxi raised his eyebrows slightly.
Su Yize’s face was extremely gloomy.
“Little Senior Sister, I won’t love you anymore. Can’t you give me some face?”
Xing Jiuan leaned back against the railing. “Then why don’t you ask again?”
“No, no, I’d rather not. Little Senior Sister, I’ll play for a bit longer. Take a good look. I will be cool for you.”
Xing Jiuan smiled. “Alright.”
Su Yize went off to act cool while the three of them didn’t play anymore and just stood there, watching him.
Su Yize didn’t feel awkward or nervous at all. Instead, he became more serious and looked at her from time to time before making a difficult move.
Mu Qing had also returned at this time.
“Jiuan, come quickly. Which one do you want to eat?”
Xing Jiuan went out, changed into her slippers, and walked to Mu Qing’s side. Then, the others came over as well.
“Boss, do you have some for us too?” Ou Qi asked loudly.
“Take it yourself,” Mu Qing replied simply.
Xing Jiuan took a glance. Yes, they were all small pieces, and there was almost none that were chocolate-flavored.
Xing Jiuan took one and sat at the side as she began to eat.
Seeing that Mu Qing did not make a move, she asked, “Senior Brother, are you not eating?”
“Jiuan, pick one for me?” He smiled.
Xing Jiuan took one that was the same as the one in her hand. “Here, Senior Brother.”
Mu Qing took it and sat beside Xing Jiuan. “Where are we going for lunch?”
“I don’t know. Senior Brother, you choose instead.”
The places that Mu Qing chose were usually very similar to Xing Jiuan’s taste, so she wouldn’t be too picky about it.
“Senior Brother, Little Senior Sister, why don’t you guys ask me?” Su Yize, who had headed over, asked as he ate a box of slightly bigger ice cream.
“Where do you want to eat?” Xing Jiuan asked.
“I don’t know,” Su Yize replied.
Xing Jiuan remained silent at that.
So he was a brat.
“Little Senior Sister, are you going to university?” Su Yize asked curiously.
Little Senior Sister did not look very old. She should still be in school.
He heard from Eldest Senior Brother that she wasn’t even nineteen yet.
At this age, most people should be going to university.
Ou Qi and Lu Mingxi did not speak and ate their ice cream silently.
“I didn’t go to school,” Xing Jiuan answered.
“You didn’t go to school?” Su Yize was surprised.
It did not seem like the Master would allow Little Senior Sister not to go to school.
“Oh.” It was impossible for him to probe further. After all, this was Xing Jiuan’s matter.
As a junior brother, he could not be so disrespectful. Besides, this was considered a private matter.
Xing Jiuan smiled. “Shocked?”
“I’m just a little surprised.” Su Yize feigned obedience.
“It’s getting late. Pack up and let’s head out for lunch,” Mu Qing said. They had almost finished their ice cream, so they went to clean up.
Although Su Yize was curious, he wasn’t going to do anything rude. Even if he was a little naughty, he was still a child who was raised well. Therefore, his upbringing was excellent.
Mu Qing asked Su Yize about his preferences and learned that he didn’t have anything he abstained from, so he chose a restaurant according to Xing Jiuan’s tastes.
Xing Jiuan didn’t have a big appetite. Mu Qing always wanted her to eat more, but she couldn’t get fat no matter what.
