"You squinty eyes!" The pink haired mage yelled at his rival, Gray, while throwing mini fire balls his direction.
"You dragon freak!" he screamed back while throwing back thin ice needles at his rival. Both were getting heavily injured but they both didn't stop. It was the battle of pride now.
"What'cha called me ice brain?" Natsu hollered, delivering a punch to Gray's stomach.
"They're at it again..." sighed Lucy. This is getting tiresome for her, watching the two bicker over irrelevant comments.
"You-" Gray got cut off as Erza's features became demon like. She marched over to the two.
"Guys! Shut up! I told you more than a hundred times to stop fighting!" Erza shouted at the poor mages as she roughly pitched their ears.
They mumbled an apology as they hugged each other, whimpering. "We're-so-sorry-Erza-we'll-never-fight-again!" But the moment she turned her back to mages, she heard death threats thrown at each other behind her back. "I heard that!" she growled, glaring.
"Grrrrr."
He looked down at his stomach, the scource of the growling. He blinked of surprise. Didn't he just eat some fire a few hours ago? He shrugged. Guess not. Well, his stomach's obviously mattered more than his teammate so he did what any sane person would do. Go get something to eat during a death battle between him and his eternal rival.
"Hey Gray! Let go of me!" The fire mage hissed, struggling to get out at first, but it soon became easy when Gray let go of him faster than playing hot potato.
He stood up and dust himself off. "I'm going! A guy's gotta eat." He stood up and walked out of the guild doors, but came back quickly to get his jacket and gloves. It was chilly outside.
"Where do you think you're going without your partner?" Natsu turned around to see a distraught Happy sobbing on Carla's shoulder. She pushed Happy off her shoulder and quickly wiped away the snot infested tears on her shoulder. Ew.
Natsu ignored Happy for the sake of food and just walked out. This caused Happy to cry harder and once again sob on Carla. Carla was not a happy partner that day.

"Come back again!" the old man yelled after Natsu.
"I'll always come!" The Mage shouted back with a great big grin on his face. A little sluggish, but happy. Speaking of Happy, he was kind of regretting not bringing Happy. Whoops.
He continued walking, not knowing where he exactly was. He was starting to think it would be a better idea if there were warning labels on the bowls of ramen about sluggishness. And to idiots.
"Please! Someone! Help me!" A voice screeched. The dragon slayer paused, only to hear another scream of distress. He bolted towards the direction of the voice.
He skidded pass a few people, shouting a few apologies along the way. He finally stopped on an empty street, looking around. His nostril flared up.
He smelled blood.
Natsu turned to the right, and to his horror, he saw a girl about the same age as him, injured in the corner of an alleyway. She was cluthing her arm which was bleeding badly. The blood kept oozing out no matter how hard she pushed on her now useless arm.
"Whats wrong? What happened?" Natsu demanded. He fell to his knees and stayed beside her.
"I-I was attacked by t-three men! I-I barely got away!" she sobbed, then winced at her movement of body that was required of her to talk.
"Did you see their faces?"
"N-no because they ran away!"
"How badly are you hurt?" He lifted up her hands to see the wound. He grit his teeth that the gruesome wound. It was deep.
"I-I'm oka-" suddenly, she coughed up blood. She gasped, eyes widen.
"No, your not. You're not fine at all! I'll take you to a guild, what's your name?" He quickly lifted her up, grabbing her legs and shoulder.
"R-risame. You?" She coughed, gritting her teeth. Her arm screamed of pain at the sudden movements.
"Natsu! Are you from a guild?"
She looked down, looking ashamed. She buried her head into her savor's shoulder. "I was in Sabertooth but I got kicked out." she sniffled. Risame bit down her her tongue, and squeezed her eyes shut, not wanting for anymore tears to flow.
"Tsk. That stupid Sabertooth! My friends and I will get them back for you! But there's no need to worry, because your always welcome in my guild!" He grinned as he stood up, soon rushing down the streets.
"A-and what guild is that?" she asked looking up at the him.
"Fairytail!" He shouted proudly. He jumped over a giant barrel in time, an angry man shouting at his back as he ran away. She nearly cried out in pain from the sudden jolt. She bit down on her tongue from doing so.
"Fairytail? I've thought about them!"
"So do you want to come with me to Fairytail?"
"Y-yes!" He nodded, taking the last sharp turn to the right. He already saw the giant guild logo. Natsu rushed into the building, knocking over a poor dancer who was just happened to be there.
"Who is she?" Lucy shouted from across the room. She ran over to her partner in worry.
"I saw her injured in the coner of an alleyway! She got kicked out from Sabertooth so I brought her here!" He shouted back, more like announcing to the entire guild.
Erza calmly walked towards Natsu and took Risame from his arms. "She's unconscious... You're being too rough with her injuries. I'll take her upstairs to the bed and have Wendy take care of her." she said, "And then we'll get those Sabertooth."
