Niki lied but, it was just to make Byeol feel better.
"Niki, I'm kinda scared."
Byeol was nervous for the entire hour about the surgery.
"It's just going to be just fine."
Niki promised as she let her hand go, walking towards the surgical room.
"Byeol, wait!"
He stopped her and ran to her, giving her a big hug.
"I love you no matter what."
He abruptly kissed her and held in his tears.
"I-I love you too."
She hugged him back which lasted for a minute till they let go.
After seeing the door of the surgical room closed, he heaved a sigh of relief.
"Mr Nishimura, can you change your attire in that room, please?"
A nurse handed out a blue attire and Niki nodded his head.

"You ready, Niki?"
Doctor Lee asked before he entered the room.
"Yes. Is she asleep in the room already?"
Niki checked and the doctor nodded his head.
"I guess I will go in now."
Niki entered the surgical room.

"Surgeon Lee, are you okay?"
Everyone panicked for the surgeon.
"Leave me alone first. Bring the two out. Get a separate room for them."
He ordered and the nurses pushed the hospital beds out.
Now, Doctor Lee was alone in the surgical room, unable to believe what he just witnessed.
"Surgeon Lee, his blood level is dropping down."
A nurse shouted and his eyes widened in horror.
