2 months ago"What do you mean you don't want to stay home during high school? Are you going to stay with all the other students?" Mr. Yuuma asked very nervously.
"Yes, Dad." Hinata said, trying to look as confident as she could, but the moments when her father screamed at her scared her.
With a little hesitation in her voice, Hinata continues: "I want to lead a normal life, to make friends, to have fun, to know the joy when you reach your goal, to know the disappointment when I fall, to know the love. You can't hold me locked up like a bird in a cage. ""You're right," her father said, making her smile happily. "But you won't see anything from me. You want to be with the other students, you can do it on your own."
"How can he be so cruel to his own daughter," Hinata thought, "No, he's right. I can do it without his help." At that moment Hinata stared into her father's eyes and said, "Understood."
The remaining time passed quite quickly, Hinata said goodbye to all the employees of her family, to her mother, but her father was locked in the room until she left the place. This certainly hurts her, but she is aware that her father is doing all this for a purpose.
"Maybe it would be a good idea to find me a job," Hinata thought, looking at a cafe in the area.
CURRENTLY
"Hinata-chan, can you bring me coffee without milk?", "Hinata-chan, I need a teaspoon", "Oh dear, can you also bring me a slice of cake?". Every day she always hears, for a student at the most prestigious high school in Tokyo, a job is a torment, but Hinata does her job with a smile on her face, rejoicing that she is "free".
A 40-year-old man dropped his fork on the floor, and Hinata leaned over to pick it up. "Thank you, Hinata-chan," the man said, as she smiled at him.
But the fork landed again. Hinata is not a bad girl, she immediately realizes when someone tries to make fun of her.
"Here's the fork, sir," Hinata said, sticking the fork in the man's cake. "Oh, and try not to miss it, please," she said, mimicking a fake smile.
The doorbell rang and Ayato entered the cafe, but a very tired Ayato.
"Oh my God, you look awful Ayato-kun," Hinata said.
"Hello to you too, Hinata-chan," Ayato said, putting his head on the table.
"What do I serve you with?"
"A coffee," he muttered.
"May I know why you're so tired?" she asked curiously
"We spent the whole night with Nishio-kun and Thomas-kun and we played video games," he said as he yawned.
"Video games ... how cute" Hinata teased him
Hinata brought Ayato coffee and seeing that customers no longer needed her, she took a break.
"You're not tired? You work a lot, you know?" Ayato tells him.
"I'm good." she answers.
Ayato finished his coffee and said, "It was delicious. Thank you."
"I'm glad to hear that."
"I'm leaving now. See you at home and don't overwork yourself."
"Bye", she said.
It was time to close the cafe, but before that Hinata went to the back to throw the garbage.
"Another day is ready, pfu," Hinata said after throwing the garbage, but she felt a strange presence.
"Hinata-chan, do you need help?" It was that man with the fork, but this time he came with 2 more men.
"I can handle." Hinata said, trying to get inside, but one of the men stood in front of the door.
"You're not going anywhere dear," said the man standing in front of the door as the other caught Hinata.
"Leave me alone," she shouted
Hinata took a deep breath and kicked her back, hitting the man holding her as hard as she could.
She tried to run away, but the man in front of the door grabbed her by the hair, which made her scream in pain.
"Someone help me ... please" is all she managed to say
She closed her eyes, but it didn't take long for her to open them again. As soon as she opened it, she saw the man who grabbed her by the hair against the wall and then looked at the face of the one holding her in his arms. It was Ayato.
"Ayato-kun...?"
"I'm glad you're okay," Ayato sighed.
Ayato turned his attention to the third man, who was trembling with fear, and ran.
As soon as the man ran away, Ayato felt someone coming after him. It was Hinata, hugging him.
"Thank you Ayato-kun." Hinata said, with her face into his chest.
"Everything is ok." Ayato said, hugging her to calm her.
"Does your leg hurts ?" Ayato asked
"Just a little, but ..." She couldn't finish her sentence because she felt like she was being taken upstairs by Ayato. The two went quietly home.
Luckily for them, everyone else was already sleeping in their rooms. Ayato bandaged Hina's leg and put an ice pack on it. Then he took her to her room.
"If you need anything, write to me," he told her
"Thank you Ayato-kun for everything." Hinata said, smiling warmly.
"Good night." he said
"Good night."
Before falling asleep, Hinata wrote a message to her mother. "Hello mother, I'm sorry to write to you so late, but I wanted to tell you that I miss you and don't worry about me. I love my colleagues and the new life. Tell my father that I thank him. I let you sleep. Good night. " and after Hinata fell asleep with tears of happiness in her eyes.
