Hey there, 24-year-old Adaeze here <3
The funny thing is, this story was written over a decade ago today. It brought tears to my eyes read the whole thing through. I'm laughing at how much I based it on my life. Well, a glamorized glee version of me. I love little middle school Adaeze. She was creative, witty, and wildly inappropriate sometimes. She had many spelling and grammar issues, which I still have. Now Adaeze, a decade later, is climbing back to what I used to love. I loved escaping in my mind and finding comfort in my dreams. I hope to do that again. Although so much of this book is so cringe. I'm sad I never finished it. I wish I could step into her mind and remind her "Hey do you remember Galen? What happened to Crystal and Liam? Why'd you name your dog Pluto? And will Daisy ever learn how to keep her balance?." And wow it made 1k views I'm shocked to see.
I want to finish this book. But perhaps make the main girl my actual complexion. Maybe a remake and maybe get to see how Galen and Daisy end up? I hope to channel little Adaeze again. She was beautiful and hilarious. My next story will be an ode to her.
With so much love,
Adaeze <3
