"Yoongi I'm going out to get some milk for Jimin ok? Don't open the door if anyone comes..." Jin said, taking the keys to the front door with him..
"But what if it's anything important??" Yoongi asked, arranging Jimin's clothes in the empty section of Jin's closet that he had given them..
"I'll always tell you if someone comes and also, remember the number I told you to memorise yesterday??" Jin asked..
"Yeah.. "
"Good... It's a secret code... If anyone is suppose to come, then I will send the person with that number.. If it's any of the guys then you don't need to ask but if it's anyone unknown, ask the code to him.. If he couldn't answer then you'll know that I didn't send him so, don't open the door.. " Jin explained..
Yoongi formed an 'o' clock with his mouth after listening to Jin's explanation...
Now that's smart..
"Also, it won't take me long to get some milk.. I'll be back within five minutes.. "Jin said giggling at the brunet's unnecessary tension..
"Don't worry much.. You'll be safe here.." Jin said with a reassuring smile and ruffled the boy's hair to which the younger responded with his cute gummy smile..
Jin then left, leaving the two kids all alone in the huge house. Yoongi went to his room since he has nothing to do as Jin has already done the chores. He had also got Jimin some bedtime story books to keep himself busy. And maybe a few colouring books too. He doesn't know much about that.
"Jimin? What are you doing??" he asked as he entered the room. And saw his brother engrossed in one of the picture books his one and only Angel uncle bought him.
"Hyung look, this girl's mom buys her cotton candy everyday when they go out... But momma always scolded me when I wanted cotton candy." he said with a pout, pointing at the picture.
Yoongi stared at it for a while.
Right. How sweet and happy the little girl in the picture looked. Her eyes had stars as she stared at the cotton candy with the biggest smile on her face. And her mom standing by her side, also smiling. Her eyes filled with love for her daughter.
He wished the same thing happened to them. If not him, atleast his brother. He is still very young and deserved to be loved by his parents.
He smiled at his little brother and placed a hand on his head, slowly patted it as he thought.
"You'll never feel like that anymore. I'll do everything to give you the love of that of a mother. You'll never have the feeling of an important person missing in your life anymore. Never. "
"Hyung?!" Jimin called, making Yoongi snap out of his thoughts as he looked at his younger brother.
"Yeah?" Yoongi asked. "I wanna eat cotton candy too."
"And where am I supposed to get that from?" Yoongi asked, raising and eyebrow as his brother whined.
"Don't be stubborn. I can't get it for you. Sorry. "Yoongi said blankly and Jimin posted, but resumed looking at the picture book.
He let out a sigh and went to the window, opening it to let in the fresh air. The green trees making a rustling sound due to the wind blowing harsh through them, the birds twittering happily, is the only happiness he felt in this lone world of his.
A few boys went by, riding their cycles, giggling and talking to each other. He remembered the days when he use to play with the neighbors' kids before his parents banned that for him too.
