In California, the city located in USA. People roamed around on a cold night with caps and hats on their heads, covering their faces. Sound of peoples clatter, combining with the horns of vehicles, and the smell of smoke proved the busy night. The cloud dull, giving life to the lights shining in each house and building. Apart from this clamorous and alarming city, there was this road which had the complete opposite features. Some place where people filled themselves with hatred and jealousy. A long lasting road built for people who don't much communicate with each other but, instead steal and dominate. A lane containing more than fifty filthy people searching for treasures and expecting happiness for their own, and waiting to pounce on one another.
On such a hideous yet, life containing road a female alone covered in black, hiding her identity and, holding a light lamp strolled through. The road hazy and murky, making echo noises of her own footsteps, leading her deeper into the dark. She seemed to be far more brave than any other women, as some say that 'women' couldn't travel alone on this such road because, of the horrifying danger that awaits far away. She marched one block to another slowly, finally reaching her destination. A huge building built with thick bricks of red and tall gates in silver, the walls outside were lofty till they reached the sky. The woman drove the gates open and ambled inside uncomfortable of the weather. 'The Orphanage' said some metal silver held right above the roof of the cage constructed below. Green lush grass around, planted by the lives living there, which now smelled like rotten vegetables and specially tomato's. Her feet were close to the doorstep with globule's of water, as the rain started to drizzle. Immediately pulling out a napkin, she spread it out on the marble surface, and later, taking out a unique item. It had two hands, two legs dark in complex. Two beautiful eyes looking at her with a less pointy nose that lifted up every time, it's lips wimped. 'it' was a baby cooing at her mother who was now going to leave. She looked her last at Briella, and kissed her rosy and puffy cheeks. "I hope you find what you are looking for" she said her eyes tearing with liquid, and her lips smiling. She rested her baby down carefully, ringing the doorbell, sounding like little bird chirps, which awoke the House Parent right away. The woman outside near the doorstep, the mother of the baby, made her leave the very instant and disappeared back in to the shadowy road once again.
Hearing this puzzling sound, the Nurse opened the door. Her brown eyes knitted through the dim environment, searching for the victim who rang the bell. She looked side to side, up and down when in a swift saw an infant crying in hunger. The Houseparent quickly bent down to the doorway, carrying the newborn in her hands and, providing ease. "Where did you come from?" she asked looking around, still unaware. She took it inside closing the door leisurely in order to not wake the other kids, napping in the orphanage. Her hair brown, tied up into a ponytail, with a white cap covering her head. She looked like a snowman, who was tall and thin, clothed in white from top to bottom. The immature infant fell asleep the instant she bought it inside. A glorious smile appeared on the nurse's face when looking at the pale complexed baby with tiny strands of brown hair. The nurse scoured for a clue, still eager to know who lent her this baby. A few seconds later, she noticed a piece of paper around the newborns thick wrist. The houseparent grasped it away sedately, not to wake it up. She opened the letter and read the words inscribed, saying;
My Dear Child,
"I never had the chance of looking after you but, instead as a deed I'll name you 'Gabriella'".
The letter must have been written by, the poor infant's mother who had such little to say. The mother seems to be educated and a high class society, because she'd used a good handwriting with very well maintained grammar. For such a lady who had every right to grow up a daughter, why did she leave her baby in the entrance of an Orphanage? Questions started bubbling inside the House parents head but, she'd to ignore. "The past is past, and we cannot change it, let's focus on the future now" she said to herself, returning back to the baby and taking her inside further.
It was the 7th of May 2000, the day when a red moon gave birth to a another flower after 300 years.
