Mixed Emotions

Chapter 3

"WAKE UP ITS THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!" My mum shouted to me at 6 am this morning, today I'm going to wear some shorts and a tank top with my red flannel and some black combat boots I decided to straighten my hair it comes to about my hips. I decide to use just a little bit of makeup today.

First period
"Hey Brooklyn!" Alisha says to me with a smile. "hey Alisha what'd you have first?" "Drama, I think you have it too?" "Yeah let's walk together!" I say with a smile.

She's wearing some orange and brown shorts with a white shirt and sandals with dark red lipstick. she looks amazing!! "Come sit near me" Alisha says, I nod and smile and start to walk over to her.

"Want to come to mine after school?" Alisha asks me... "e..erm n.no I think i..ill pass, thankyou" I stutter, I don't know I think I should stay at home until I get to know people properly, I don't want people to know the real me.. not just yet.

As soon as I get home I head to the beach again with my surf board, Cameron's not here yet so I'm just gonna wait a few more minutes I hope I see him again, yesterday he was talking about how much he loves my Essex accent, I got abit embarrassed at first. He makes me feel weird like I can be myself for the first time around anyone, is it possible to have feelings for someone within a day?

"Hey.. erm Brooklyn was it" I hear a voice say I turn around and see cam, "hey cam! What ya doing here?" I ask with a smirk "I came to see you" he says and smiles awkwardly, "well that's a shame, I was hoping you wouldn't show up" I say teasing him, "alright well I guess i'll just go then" he says pouting like a little child and walks off slowly i grab his waist and pull him back we both laugh and go surfing, we swap numbers and snapchat names.

The first day of the summer holidays

Cams POV:
I text Brooklyn this morning saying "good morning beautiful!
- cam"
She text back saying
"Aw cam that made me smile loads, come out?
- Brook"
I'm going to wear my black skinny jeans and a red flannel with a white t and my high tops I hope she thinks I look good.

Brooklyn's POV:
I woke up with the cutest text from cam! I'm going to meet him soon, it's pretty chilly today so I'm wearing some black leggings and a knitted jumper with my knee high all stars, I hope he thinks I look good.

*buzz*
Cam texted me saying
"Come to the beach I have a suprise
-cam"
I'm so exited!what could it be? I tell my mum I'm going to the beach and il look after Romeo later with Lucy,my sister.
I walk over to where cam is sitting and I can see the suprise!
It's amazing! "Hey, I've missed you!" He says smiling "well too bad, I've not missed you at all" I say smirking
"So do you like the suprise?" Cam asks me.
"I do it's beautiful cam! Thankyou!"
