The therapist

First day

POV DIXIE:

Marc: "Dixie come on you have to get up from bed for your first day of school." he says as he sits at the edge of her bed.
Charli walks into Dixies room "Yeah, come one dixie it is your second year of college you can't miss your first day hiding in your room under your blankes."
Dixie is laying on her bed with her sheets over her head "Shut up Charli mind your own buissness. You are in highschool you should be leaving there now!"
Charli: "You are so mean I am just trying to help" Charli rolls her eyes "Plus I do not start school till Monday."
Marc rubs Dixie's leg "Come on honey you have to get up." Dixie throws her blanket at the wall "OKAY FINE NOW LEAVE ME ALONE SO I CAN GET READY!!!"
Dixie starts getting dressed and Marc leaves the room to Heidi in the living room.
Heidi: "How is she doing? Any better" she asks Marc while twirrling her fingers
Marc sighs and answers "Same as usual, but hopfully this school year will be better for her." He frowns
Heidi frowns with marc and puts her hand over her head "I hate seeing Dixie so upset with herself and-" she growns angrly "with everything"

POV NOAH:

"Bye Layla I have to go to work I will be back later this afternoon." Noah kisses Layla on the head
and she reaches out for Noah and hugs him, Noah hugs her back. Amy grabs Layla back into her arms and looks at Noah.
"Do not worry Noah she will be just fine with her grandma." Amy looks at Layla smiling and tickles her

Noah goes to work

POV BACK TO DIXIE:
Dixie is at school walking down the hall to her first class with her hood and her head down.
Chase taps Dixie's sholder "Hey Dixie! Remember me from last year at school?"
Dixie turns her head a little and mumbles "Yeah I remember..."
Blake runs up beside Chase and looks at Dixie walking beside Chase "Hi I am Blake Chase's step brother wha-"
Dixie takes a sharp turn around a corner and goes into the Bathroom, ignoring Chase and Blake
Blake looks at chase confused "I thought you said she was nice and funny? She seems boring."
Chase: "She is-or was funny, I mea- she was when I met her in class last year." He is confused about what happend with dixie "Idk something might have changed?"
Blake: "Seems like it" they walk to class "The bell is about to ring so she is probably going to be late to whatever class she has first"

POV NOAH:

Noahs boss Brian: "Do not listen to what the others say. You may be young for a stereo-typical therapist but you are very good at what you do" he smiles and starts walking out of the room "
Enjoy your first day on the job Noah. Stop by at my office if you need anything."
Noah: "Thank you Brain, I will." Noah looks at all his work stuff pilled in a box on top of his new office desk "Jeez am I really going to need all this stuff for work?" Noah thought to himself as pulled out a picture frame of Layla and places it on the corner of his desk. He smiles "I do need that though"

POV DIXIE

Teacher: "Is there a Dixie D'Amelio in this class? The teacher looks around the room searching for someone to respond but no one does "I will take that as a no i guess." He writes down "ABSENT" on his attendence paper.
Dixie walks in 20 minutes later with her hood still over her head and dry tears on her face. The techer stops the lesson and looks over at Dixie and back over at his attendence. Teacher: "I suppose you are Miss D'Amelio?"
Dixie mumbles: "Mhm... thats me..." she walks over to her seat and does not say anything else.
Random girl a few seats above from Dixie: "Jeez look at her" she nudges her friend beside "New girl looks like she is going through a crisis" smugs and laughs with her friend
Dixie hears the girls above saying those rude things but decides to ignore them.

POV CHARLI

Nai: "OMG!!!!" She laughs with Charli "You should meet my friend Larry he is super funny!"
Charli: "who is that?" she laughs
Nai: "He is a family friend he is the best, you guys would make great friends!"

POV NOAH:

Curtis walks into Noahs work office with a tray of food and two coffies. Noah looks up from his computer and sees curtis. Noah: "Omg what on earth are you doing at my work Curtis?"
Curtis:"what?" he smirks and laughs " Can I not say hi to my bestie on his first day of work?" Curtis says while sitting down in the seat infront of his seat. Noah pulls the coffie out of the tray and pulls it beside him "Well of course you can it was just unexpected" noah laughs taking a bite of his sandwich "Why did you get me coffie you know I don't drink it?" Curtis: "oh well you are too picky just eat and drink what you want."

POV DIXIE:

Dixie is slowing walking down the hall dragging her feet to her next class. Chase sees Dixie down the hall and runs over to her. Chase: "Hey Dixie you kind of ignored me earlier." he shrugs "anyway how was your first class?" Dixie:"It was fine i guess" mummbles with her head down. Chase: "Are you okay? You seem a bit off since the last time I saw you?" Dixie walks away as he finished the question Chase: "Or just ignore me again?!" yells down the hall to Dixie

6 HOURS LATER

Dixie drives into the parking lot of Charl's school. Larry walked from his house (it is 2 min away from the highschool) and met up with Nai and Charli.
Larry:"Okay I will text you girls later! Nice to meet you Charli." he smiles Charli: "Nice to meet you-" Charli sees Dixie pull up to the parking lot "Wait do you guys want a ride home? My sister can drive you guys?"
Nai looks at larry and back at Charli "Sure, It's better than walking." larry agrees and they walk over to Dixie's car Charli: "Hey Dixie Pixie can you drop off my friend at home?" Dixie unlocks the door to the back without saying anything. Charli turns to Nai and larry Charli: "She said yes you can get in" Larry: "But she did not even say anyth-" Nai interupts with a nudge to Larrys sholder and pushes him in Nai: "Thank you Dixie for letting us get a ride." Dixie: "welcome" says in a low tone and drives off.

Dixie drops of Larry and Nai and goes home with Charli without a word

POV NOAH:

Layla is sleeping in her crib and Noah is on the couch smiling at his phone texting. Amy walks into the room Amy: "Who are you texting there honey?" smirks and laughs Noah: "No one mommmm" he laughs and glimmses down at his phone. Tim walks into the room next to Amy Tim: "Seems like someone?" he sits on the couch "is it a girl" Noah: "Dad stop" Tim: "I am jusy playing around son you are a adult I do not care." Amy: "So..." she laughs "How did you meet her?" Noah rolls his eyes Noah: "I met her today, she works a floor below mine but it's not like that. You guys know I do not want a relationship anytime soon..." he stops smiling and looks at the floor. Tatum barges into the room Tatum: "THE COOLEST DAUGHTERS ARE-" Noah: "SHHHHH!!!!" Noah jumps up from his seat and waves his hands around "Layla is taking a nap!" he wisper yells. Haley: "Yeah idiot" smacks tatum in the head

POV THE D'AMELIOS

Heidi walks upstairs after talking to Marc and knocks on Dixies bedroom door. Dixie is laying on her bed while scrolling on her phone. Heidi knocks on the door again. Heidi: "Hey hun? It's mom...can I come in? Maybe we can talk?"
