Rin immediately opened the door to come face-to-face with his dear friend Ben.
"Hey, Rinny" Ben greeted him.
"Hi, Jess~" Rin replied, Jess was a nickname Rin decided on for Ben. There was a brief moment of silence as both Rin and Ben looked at eachother.
"So...You gonna let me in or what?" Ben said. Rin just then remembered they were still at the door.
"Oh.....Oh! Y-Yeah!" Rin's face went a slight red with embarrassment as he opened the door wider and moved out of the way. Ben walked into the house and up to one of the white flower pots containing hydrangeas and scooped one up with two fingers before giving it a sniff and munching into one of the petals. He looked at Rin winking at him slightly. Rin just winked back and began gnawing on another flower of the same kind as he walked over to Ben.
"So how's it going Benny?" Rin asked.
"Goo-" Ben stopped mid sentence and glared at a window before leaning into Rin's ear "we're not alone" He whispered.
Rin opened his mouth to speak but Ben gently placed a finger on his lips. Ben slowly reached for his gun while Rin reached slid his hand onto his sword. A bullet shot by hitting the wall behind them.
"Get down!" Ben yelled bending down and yanking Rin to the ground. Ben pulled out his gun and began shooting at the window.
After a few moments they realised the attackers were gone, if not dead ofcourse, to make sure they both went outside carefully to check.
No one was there, so what shot the bullet?
