Xingqiu x chongyun angst.
Chongyun the cold icey guy was walking around and saw xingqiu near a restaurant "oh hey xingqiu what are you doing here?" Xingqius eyes widen "oh chongyun! I'm just here getting some food for my brothers" "oh that's nice!" As the icey guy said that he hears his tummy rumbling "oh your hungry?" The other chuckles and said "if you want we can go inside and get done food" teasing the other made chongyun blush bright pink."n-no need!" As the icy guy says that his tummy began to rumble "well maybe just a little..?" The other laugh teasing the other is quite fun for him
They went inside the restaurant and took a seat "so what do you wanna get?" "Something not hot" the other smiles and says "how about some spicy shrimp scrap" the others eyes widen "oh no... Please xingqiu no spicy please" the other laughed "fine pick anything you want I'll pay" the icey boy picked a cold drink along with ice cream the other young man grabbed some seafood
After they finished eating they talked about their day and stuff as they we're talking chongyun remembered that he needed to do something "oh i actually need to go I'll see you later!"
"See ya!" Chongyun then go to the place he was told to be and heard an unfamiliar voice "your late." "Who are you..?" The exorcist says as he didn't realize they had a shark knife in their hand "what do you want from me..?!"
"Nothing, well maybe something."
The exorcist was confused on what the man wanted as the man was getting closer he realized he has a knife as he saw that the man began to point the knife to his throat, as the exorcist saw this he tried to fight back but eventually tired himself out as he saw the knife in his throat getting closer to him and was about to slice him he closed his eyes hopping someone would save him the exorcist was weak and didn't have his energy
"What do you even want from me?!"
The knife began to slice him getting deeper every second "i want your life." The exorcist began to start form a tear as he was getting slice to death every second blood would drip down his throat getting more and more close too his death "w-why!" The man smiled and said "i want your power and to obtain that i need to kill you!"
The knife eventually sliced his throat he could feel every pain in his body and the blood flood to the ground the young man eventually passed out from blood lost "weak didn't know an exorcist would be this weak, your pathetic." The man kicked the exorcist making his back facing the ground
The man grabbed his vision and walked away
Xingqius Po'v
As he arrived home he place the food that he ordered down in the table
"I'm so bored maybe some books will intertain me." The young man walked over to his book collection as he was walking to his book collection he realized he didn't have any books an the unfinished ones were not entertaining enough for him
"Maybe chongyun is done with his exorcist stuff?" He began to call chongyun but he didn't pick up "odd he would usually pick up maybe his still bussy?" Xingqiu began to worry that anything would happen since he usually would pick up as he lay down in his bed worrying about what would happen to chongyun or maybe his mad at him because he was teasing the exorcist alot
As he was overthinking
The next day wasn't a great day he couldn't see chongyun anywhere and he eventually became bored 'where's chongyun i told him to be here, it's been 40 minutes' after a couple of days xingqius began to think if he did anything wrong that chongyun began to "ignore" him. After a couple of days later he began to put missing posters
A couple of more days later. He was told that chongyun had died and the cause was from murder his vision was also missing. Xingqiu cried from hearing what happened.
Months later
He still haven't recovered from his friends death he wanted to be with him, forever the young man couldn't take the feeling anymore and eventually killed himself.. and after he decided to do so they found out that the abyss prince was the murderer.
