1980, March 6th, 7:37 p.m.

Esther Scott woke up with her insides in pain. She groaned as she clutched the huge bump on her stomach. Her husband, Edward Scott had been woken up by the commotion. As if he had been practising for years, he dashed to his wand and grabbed his wife's arm, disappearing into thin air.

They seemed to have apparated in the lobby of St Mungo's Hospital. Two healers noticed the worried look on Edward's face and rushed to them, each putting an arm of Esther to their shoulders, supporting her.

They entered one of the hospital wards and many other Healers rushed in.

"Here's a bottle of pain relief potion madam." a red haired Healer passed Esther a glass bottle of clear liquid.

It felt like only 10 minutes when a small moving creature popped out and was laid on a cot with the small wooden sign 'Penelope Scott'.

1986, February 5th, 9:53 p.m.

Penelope Scott was still furious at her younger sister for breaking her toy wand. Her feet stomped on the ground as she ran towards her sister's room. She passed her parent's bedroom when someone spoke.

"Penelope Scott." it was her mother. A fierce and strict woman. "How many times have I told you about running in corridors, especially at night?"

"But mum! Paige broke my wand!" a tear was streaking down Penelope's cheeks.

"She's only 2, you can't expect a 2 year old to understand not to break items." Esther crossed her arms and frowned. "Go back to bed, you have school tomorrow." she threw her pointer finger at Penelope's bedroom door.

"But I don't like that muggle school! I don't understand why I have to learn about intecnet." she cried.

Her mother stared at her daughter fiercely and did not answer.

The little girl scowled and stormed back to her bedroom, never once looking back again.

1988, April 25th, 10:36 a.m.

"Dad when can I go to Hogwarts?" Penelope Scott asked, swaging her legs back and fourth on the chair as her legs couldn't reach the floor yet.

"Soon." Edward said shortly. "When you're matured enough."

"Whyyyyyyy." she wailed.

"Hush, girl, you're being a nuisance. Hogwarts only accepts students who are well behaved and patient." Esther snapped, trying to shut her daughter. It had clearly worked, Penelope pressed her lips together. "Also, what are you wearing? You have school later!" she pointed her long acrylic nails at Penelope.

She stared at her own clothes. "But its comfy."

"The word you are trying to say is 'comfortable'." her mother said. "You have so much to learn, Penny dear."

1991, July 30th, 9:35 a.m.

"Mother?" Penelope Scott ascended the stairs to the dinning room, where the rest of her family were at.

"Yes?" Esther looked up from her plate.

Penelope held up a neatly sealed envelope.

"Ohh Hogwarts letters?" Edward stared at the wax stamp at the opening of the letter.

The word 'Hogwarts' lit up Esther's expressions. "Oh, it's finally here!" she went towards her oldest daughter and hugged her. "Congratulations!"

"Mummy do I have a Hoggy letter too?" Paige hit her fists on the table.
