It was Yoongi's birthday and that brought back too many memories.

Flashback starts:

"Where are we going?" Yoongi laughed

"Wait a second." Namjoon chuckled

Yoongi felt his blindfold being removed. 

"SURPRISE!" the nurses yelled

The hospital garden was decorated with streamers, fairy lights, and Kumamon balloons. Yoongi gasped and kissed his boyfriend.

"Thank you!" Yoongi said

"Of course." Joon smiled

Namjoon handed Yoongi a small box. Yoongi opened and gasped.

"A Dior necklace!" he said

Namjoon laughed and nodded.
