The Next Day

I called Chris and he picked up

Me-"hey, wassup"

Chris-" hey nun. Hbu?"

Me-" just chillin at home, today is my day off"

Chris-" how bout we do somn so I can get to know u better"

Me-" like?"

Chris-" how bout we go to Chipotle?"

Me-" yaay, I love Chipotle!"

Chris-" k, get ready "

Me-" wait, I'll text u my address "

Chris-" aight"

I hung up

While I was in the shower , I started thinking.

I kinda like Chris... Hmmm , would he be a good husband... father... Ion know

I got out and brushed my teeth

I put on my camo pants with my black crop top and Tims with a bucket hat and straightened my hair

I heard the door bell ring and I came running down stairs

I opened it and it was Chris

Me-" I'll be ready in one second

I ran back upstairs and put on some lipstick and perfume

I checked my breath and blew my nose

I ran back down stairs and Chris was waiting on the couch

Chris-" u ready?"

Me-" yeah, come on"

We left to Chipotle

Once we got there we ordered our food and sat down

Chris-" so, first things first, what is ur real name?"

Me-" Vanessa"

Chris-" u know u have a very beautiful name"

I giggled

We got to know each other good and by the time we finished with our food, we got back in his car

Chris-" sooo, where we gonna go now?"

Me-" ion know, where u wanna go? Movies, bar, frozen yogurt?"

Chris-" frozen yogurt "

Me-" cool, let's go "

We drove to Menchie's

Once we got there, like a gentleman, Chris opened the door for me

After we left with our frozen yogurt and went to his house to chill and eat them

Chris-" what u get?"

Me-" coffee ice cream with strawberries and raspberries... U?"

Chris-" birthday cake with marshmallows and gummy bears "

Me-" eww... 😂"

Chris-" be quiet "

He scooted closer to me

He put his bowl down and then put mine down

He held my hands and said-

"This is crazy, but I love you..."

I blushed

Chris-" come here"

He licked his lips and kissed me

I hesitated but I started kissing back

He picked me up and brought me to the bedroom

The Next Morning

I woke up with Chris knocked out beside me

I looked at him and smiled then went in the shower

I did my hygiene and put on my clothes

I heard the tv turn on in the room so I walked out at saw Chris watching tv

I jumped on the bed

Me-" good morning "

Chris-" good morning "

He kissed me and I laid beside him

Me-" so, is this official?"

Chris-" only if u want it to be"

I smiled and kissed him one more time then went to make breakfast

I called up Jessica cause I didn't talk to her in a while

The phone went straight to voicemail

That's weird, she always picks up

I called her again and it went straight to voicemail again

Something is not right...

I called her dad because we were close

Me-" hello Mr. Smith, have you seen Jessica?"

He started crying

Me-" what happened?"

Mr.Smith-" she got in a car accident on Saturday and she didn't make it "

I dropped my phone and started crying

Chris came running down to see what happened

Chris-" baby, what happened "

Me-" Jessica, died "

Chris hung up the phone and helped me up

Me-" I'll be back"

I went into the bathroom and locked it

I searched for my razor blade and started cutting

I was in there for an hour cutting and crying until I heard Chris

Chris-" are you ok in there?"

I didn't say anything

Chris-" baby open the door "

I did nothing

Chris-" don't make me have to come in there "

I cut deeper and deeper

Next thing I know I hear Chris bust open the door

Chris-" o my god "
