Rumor has it Kamome Gakuen houses a very particular mystery.
It is said that a spirit with bandaged limbs and a bandaged eye haunts the halls of the school, silently drifting through the school's passages with their coattails floating behind them. Apparently, they can be found in the Student Council's Disciplinary Committee's room. I've heard that all members of the committee are under the protection of this spirit. Anyone can summon them, though! If you can summon them, they will protect you until you graduate.
Huh? What makes this spirit so special? I mean, it's not a part of the seven mysteries...
I don't think anyone knows why. All I know is that it's a dangerous spirit once you make it angry.

"I never knew you were into those rumors, Kunikida-senpai!" Atsushi grins, following the blond boy down the hall. Kunikida pushes up his glasses, pausing in flipping through his notebook as he looks over at Atsushi.
"Into rumors? Don't make it seem like I'm obsessed with this school's gossip system," he grumbles in response, earning a quiet "yes, sir" from the boy behind him. "Besides, supernatural rumors are commonplace here in Kamome. You should get used to them, especially since you're joining the committee."
"R-Right!" Atsushi exclaims, picking up the pace to walk beside Kunikida. The two traversed the halls, arriving in front of a pair of double doors with a sign above them labeled "Student Council". Kunikida looks down at his watch, tapping his foot as he waits. Atsushi slowly reaches out to slide one of the doors open, only to have his hand swatted away by Kunikida. The blond doesn't respond as the white-haired boy shoots him a look, opting to stare at the ticking hands of his watch. Finally, Kunikida opens the doors and guides Atsushi inside.
"Ah, Kunikida. Good morning," Minamoto Teru greets along with Aoi Akane, the latter simply sorting through files on his desk. Kunikida greets the duo with a quiet "good morning" before turning towards another door located in one of the walls. Atsushi nervously nods to the student council members before hurrying after Kunikida, quickly entering the room after him.
"Uh, Kunikida-senpai? Why isn't there a separate room for the disciplinary committee?" Atsushi questions, earning a quiet sigh from Kunikida.
"Everyone always asks this," he mumbles, fiddling with his book. "Although it would be easier, the disciplinary committee is merged with the student council as a precautionary measure."
"Precautionary measure?"
"We deal with Kamome's more... rowdy students as well as issues regarding behavior," Kunikida explains. "On the basic level, it's to protect our fellow members from any harassment by other students."
"Oh... I guess that makes sense," Atsushi nods, eyeing his new surroundings. The biggest desk was located on the other side of the room in front of the windows, a stack of papers resting on the left side of it. Smaller desks were placed in front of it, big enough to hold a few people at a time.
