God can forgive

Christ paid it all

Sarah woke up the next morning praying that Lucas would get out of jail today. She didn't know why she was so worried about it. But she didn't want Lucas to blame Jesus for anything. She asked God to give her an understanding, she stayed in her room all day and watched Passion of the Christ and wrote down the understanding and true graphic essence of Jesus's crucifixion . At midnight Sarah got a call from Cory. He said that his brother wanted to come spend the night with her.
"Okay." Sarah said as she put on her jacket and went outside . "Cory! C.J." how are y'all?" Sarah asked. "Doing alright, he missed you so he wanted to come over." Cory said. "I brought some games if anyone wants to play them." Cory said. So we played some Bible trivia then we all went into the kitchen to fix some food. "What do you want to fix?" Sarah asked Cory. So you went into the kitchen and you made a homemade pizza. "Sarah!" Cory yelled as you threw the dough in the air. Sarah began to laugh as he threw flour in Cory's face. C.J saw you two laughing and went upstairs to grab a pizza cutter from the cabinets. You got closer to Cory ,he leaned in ,you could feel his breath on your lips. He walked away from you and preheated the oven. "I'm sorry Sarah I shouldn't have done that." Cory said. "It was my fault." Sarah said. So you both went upstairs and asked C.J. to leave the room. He went to school and Sarah and Cory talked about Jesus crucifixion ,she wrote down some notes and watched passion of the christ ,this was an experiment for spiritual growth. You saw Cory crying. "You okay Cory?" Sarah asked him. "Yeah I just can we watch another movie?" He asked. "Yeah." Sarah said. "Sarah God has been so good to us." Cory said. "I know Core ,and we're not worthy of his love but he continues to love us unconditionally." Sarah said. "Okay preacher." Cory laughed.

Sarah woke up the next day and made a phone call to apologize to Cory for almost kissing him ,she didn't want to ruin their relationship ,but they worked everything out for the better.
She went to visit Lucas in jail. As she headed towards the telephone she heard a voice. "Sarah?" Lucas said. "Lucas." She replied with a smile. "Sarah why are you here?" Lucas questioned. "I was coming to see you." Sarah said. "They're letting me out this evening." "Do me a favor?" Lucas asked. "Sure." Sarah replied. "Go across the street and grab us some food ,when i get out we can have lunch." Lucas smiled. "Okay." Sarah told him. "Oh and Lucas please don't smoke Marijuana anymore okay? I just don't think that your parents would approve." Sarah told him as she walked away. "My parents or God?" Lucas questioned. "Both." Sarah said. "Yeah well maybe I'm not living to please either." Lucas said. "Don't say that!" Sarah said. "Lucas he is real rather you want to belive or not is up to you but don't judge me for my faith." Sarah told him. "Faith? Did you come here to tell be about God or did you come here to get me out?" Lucas asked. Sarah slapped him across the face. "I didn't do that because I'm mad at you, I did that because I wish that you could see how powerful your testimony is and you won't even share it because you're to afraid of the looks that you will get ,from the boys at the rodeo,from the basketball team ,from your Atheist parents. You don't want to be judged!" Sarah said. "Why are you shoving your religion on me?!" Lucas asked.
"I'm not Luke ,I just don't want to see you fail at life." Sarah sighed.
"Why do you care about me?" "Because "Jesus" would?" Lucas snarled. "Because I love you Lucas!" Sarah said. "What?" Lucas asked. You left the jail and walked outside. "Sarah wait!" Lucas said as he grabbed her arm. "What Lucas?" You asked as you turned around to face him. "Do you really love me?" Lucas asked. "Sarah I need to know." Lucas said. "Yes Luke ..but I can't be with you because of the life that you're living and I'm pretty positive that you don't want me." Sarah said as a tear rolled down her eyes. "Hey." Lucas said. "I do want you Sarah." Lucas leaned down and kissed you. "No Luke." You said as you ran off. "Sarah wait!" Luke said. "Do you wanna be with me? Luke asked. Sarah looked down at the ground. "I want a good guy Luke! I want a guy that I can trust ,that when I go to sleep at night I don't have to worry about him sneaking out of the house to see another woman, I want a guy who wakes up and puts God first before anyone ,anything,even me, I want a guy who will unashamedly worship Jesus with me ,I want a guy who doesn't go to jail for smoking pot Luke!" Sarah yelled. "I'll change Sarah ,for you I'll change." Lucas said. "Do you promise?" Sarah asked as she leaned her nose into his chest. "Yes." He said as he ran his fingers in your hair.
The next morning she got a knock on her door. It was Lucas. "Hey." She told him. "Can I step into your bedroom for a minute? I need to change clothes." Lucas said. "Sure." Sarah hesitated.
Lucas walked into Sarah's room and saw all of the Christain decorations, on her dresser there was a cross. Lucas laid his clothes on her bed. He bent down at the dresser and began to pray. "God ,I've messed up, I've hurt people and some I never got to apologize to ,God I feel so guilty ,I can't do this anymore God I don't k it how to pray ,I know my parents won't approve but God I'm suffering, please forgive me Jesus, please." Lucas said as a tear rolled down his face. "Sarah." Luke sniffled. "Yeah?" Sarah said. "Luke what's wrong?" She asked as she wiped his tear away from his face.
"I've done so wrong Sarah. I've hurt you so bad, but I ask God to forgive me and if he did can you please forgive me?" Lucas said as he cried into Sarah's arms. "Yes of course." Sarah said as he hugged his neck.

Luke called Sarah on a Sunday morning and asked her to come over to his house because he had something to tell her. "Sarah I like you." Luke told you. "Luke what do you mean?" Sarah asked. "You kissed me back there ,and I felt something Sarah I like you ,I want you to like me ,I wanna love you ,for you. I don't want your money ,your body ,Sarah I've had a change and I don't want to take advantage of you anymore . I like you." Luke told her.
"Luke the reason that I have been avoiding you so much is because I've been hurt before. I got cheated on ,when I was younger and I don't want that to happen again!" Sarah said. Luke came closer to her and began to hug her. "Luke will you be my boyfriend?" Sarah asked. "Yea." Luke chuckled.
