Explanation about a bit of this AU:
Minato and Kushina had another child before naruto being his older sister, what happened during Naruto's birth had happened during hers except there was different seal used so the parents both survived. Obito didn't attack as he was saved by Kakashi, he still had only one Sharingan tho as he let Kakashi keep the other. Naruto or his sister isn't neglected, his sister wasn't hurt by most of the village but there were a little group that had been dealt with. Orochimaru is good, naruto was naturally born with the Tenseigan, and he and Sasuke were already born with Asura and Indra's chakra. The massacre will still happen.
