He's crying. Oh boy he's crying again. "Morpheus. Morpheus honey wake up. " I mumble to him. He grumbles but opens his eyes. He hears the crying. He sighs and without another word, we go to his room.
The little boy is crying. We named him Tomas, after the nickname for my father. He is 3, and the moment he came into my world it was pure joy. Morpheus was so happy, and he is a spoiled little boy because of it. "
Mommy! Daddy! My toy fell!" He screams. Morpheus bends down and picks up a little toy that looks like a puppy. I wanted him to have on thing from the human world. Something to attach him to another reality. I pick Tomas up. "Do you want to sleep with us tonight baby?" I ask the little boy. "Yes mommy." So we carry him back to our room. He loves the waterfall canopy. We curl up again and he is between us. We all fall asleep. All of us calm and happy.
It is breakfast. Tomas mumbles as I try to spoon his breakfast into his mouth. Morpheus laughs. "He doesn't like oatmeal, luv." I sigh and give Tomas a cookie. He bubbles in laughter. Morpheus picks him up and pulls me into his arms. "Do you want to play, Tomas?" He asks. His jewels are purple with passion. He loves the boy so much. He is adorable, after all. He has a shock of blue hair. We haven't seen his wings yet, but they will probably look like Morpheuses. He had my eyes and complexion. He is adorable. Even he knows it. "Yeah yeah daddy!" He giggles and runs between Morpheuses legs. We chase him around. It's his favorite game. And we love it too. I have never been more happy than I am with my cute little boy and my adoring king. Tomas giggles. I hope it will never end.
