Chapter 26

Zayn p.o.v

I have never felt so awful in my life. Seeing the person I love the most, kiss somebody else. and here I was being a pussy. Running away from my problems.

"Zayn!" I heard his faint calls from behind me. But I wasn't turning back. Not after he pulled that stunt. I have never felt so broken in my life. "Zayn please! Stop! I can explain!"

I stopped turning around to see him catching up with me bending over once he got to me panting for air. "Explain what Niall? That you lied to me? I don't want to hear it"

I turned back around and stomped off leaving him to walk behind me "Zayn listen-"

"No niall." I stated sternly. He's not getting my forgiveness. I lost him for months and he goes and does this? I'm so stupid. So so so stupid. I should have never thought that a guy like him would go for a freak like me. An asshole.

"Zayn-"

"No. Niall."

"Zayn please just let m-"

"No"

"Zayn-"

"N-"

"ZAYN GODDAMMIT LET ME TALK" he yelled running in front of me and putting a finger to my chest "listen. And don't say anything until I'm done"

I nodded looking down at his finger firmly planted on my chest.

"Okay. Zayn, I didn't kiss liam-well I did- but I didn't like it. I promise. It turns out that he likes me. He's liked me for years, I told him I'd do anything to make it up to him, because I felt bad, that he's tried for years but you stole my heart. So he asked for a kiss, and I kissed him." He paused for a moment looking at my angered expression. "Zayn. I promise it meant nothing. I love you. Only you."

I looked up to see Liam sadly looking down behind Niall. I pecked Niall on the lips "I love you too Ni. I'm sorry for this"

He gave me a confused look "w-what?"

I gave him a sad smile and stormed towards Liam.

Nialls p.o.v

The next thing I knew, I see Zayn storming towards Liam and punching him in the jaw, Liam falling on the ground and Zayn getting on top of him, punching him over and over.

"Zayn! Zayn! Please! Stop!" I screamed running over to them and trying to pull Zayn off of Liam. But he wouldn't budge. Punching Liam over and over repeating 7 words during every punch

"Never" punch "touch" punch "my" punch "fucking" punch "boyfriend" punch "ever" punch "again"

"Zayn please." I cried out letting a tear slip down my cheek and onto Zayn's neck. He suddenly stopped. Looked at me, and stood up.

"I'm sorry Niall" he said

And walked away
