Chapter 2

"Prince Jeongguk?"

Jeongguk did not answer but he just sat back on the sofa. The bee sting still hurting his arm.

Taehyung went to sit on the other side of the sofa too.

"Prince Jeongguk, I'm sorry for stealing your flowers. I just realized needed it. But from now on, I'll stop stealing them I promise. Cross my heart." Taehyung said while looking straight on the masked man's eyes.

"I don't mind. You said you needed it."

"Wait, are you telling me it's fine for you for me to sell them?"

Jeongguk just nodded his head and that made the boy laugh so hard.

"I always thought that you'll kill me with your bare hands if you find out I'm stealing your precious flowers,"he said while laughing a bit. The sound that Jeongguk just want to hear every moment of his life.

Once Jeongguk became silent again, Taehyung brought all his courage to hus mouth to ask the question he's been dying to ask.

"Hmm, why do you wear a mask?"

That question alone made Jeongguk feel insecure of himself again. He then again realized that once Taehyung sees his ugly face, Taehyung will never return to his garden. And that means he'll never see that beautiful face again.

"None of your concern"

"Oh c'mon I just wanna know-"

"I said what I said! You know what? Fvcking leave my place. Now!"

"I-I'm sorry I was just aski-"

"You leave on your own or I will throw you out of here!"

And just like that Taehyung began running out of the castle with all his might. Not forgetting to bring the sack of Smeraldo flowers with him of course.

Ever since that night Taehyung never cane back to the garden again, too afraid that the Prince would kill him. And that just made Jeongguk even sad. Taehyung was his source of light. Taehyung was his source of happiness and he just got to meet the boy and his fvcking attitude just made the bot afraid of him.

After 3 weeks and Taehyung hasn't been back, he lost his hip and stopped growing his flowers. He stopped coloring his castle with the bright colorful petals of the flowers.

It has been 3 weeks and Taehyung still didn't came back to his garden he decided to go to the village and see what Taehyung is up to. But the place where Taehyung sells the flowers is empty. His goddamned brain also forgot where Taehyung lives. (Remember he followed Tae one time)

He went back to his castle empty handed. He can't even ask someone where Taehyung is. How could he know what the boy is up to?

So he decided to write a letter to Seokjin, his cousin who is living in the eastern side of the village.

Once Seokjin received his cousin's letter he immediately came over to his castle. Seokjin felt sad when saw the once beautiful castle now all dull and gray.

Once Seokjin opened the giant doors of the castle, his heart broke of the sight he'd seen. Jeongguk was lying on the floor,crying.

"Hey Jeongguk. What happened? Answer me,"

"Hyung, he left hyung he left me,"

"Who left you?"

"T-Taehyung,"

And that is how Jeongguk is now sitting on the sofa with Seokjin. He told everything about Taehyung. How he saw the boy stealing his flowers, how he followed the boy to the village, how he watched the boy play in his garden, how he watched the boy pick his flowers, how he missed the boy and his giggles. Everything. He's just so whipped for the boy.

After hearing the story Seokjin began clapping his hands,a few tears in his eyes.

"You're in love Jeongguk."

"Hyung, I like him but I don-"

"You love him Gguk. Loving someone means he or she means everything to you,it's an unconditional emotion. While liking someone means you are simply happy being with that person, it is a more watered-down version of love. And I can see it in your eyes, from your emotions that you are deeply in love with him you're just in denial."

"There's no point of saying that bow hyung. He doesn't even know me. And now he left me. I've got nothing,again."

"Jeongguk,don't loose your hope just because he didn't show up for more than a month. I'm pretty sure he'll come back for you, I can see it. Be prepared for it. Wait for him you get it?" Seokjin says as he pats Jeongguk's shoulder who only nodded his head.

"I have to take my leave now Gguk. You know it wouldn't be nice if mother knew that I came here for you,"

"I understand hyung. Thank you,"

"Got you, see you again."

Right after Seokjin left, Jeongguk ran to his garden and began apologizing to his flowers while fixing the pots, vases and everything that he left wrecked. He watered the flowers and started to grw even more flowers hoping that Taehyung would love them once he visits the garden, again.
