Diary of a middle school vigilante

chapter one: School mixer

Dear diary, today's the school mixer and I'm super excited and nervous. The only good thing about this new school is that my best friend Cody ford is going here with me. Whenever some big event is happening I get all shaky and I can't speak right, well this year is going to be different! We arrive at the school and get out of the car, my mom says " go meet some new friends", I walk up to another kid and say hi, he turns around and does these motions with his hands. I finally figure out what he was doing, he was speaking in sign language! I try to remember the bit of sign Cody taught me, In sign, I say " hello what's your name" he replies back in sign and says " hello my name is Jacob" I say in sign " that's a cool name, I am Liam". For a few minutes, we had a lot to talk about in sign, I say goodbye in sign to him so I could go meet some more people. On my way to one of the classrooms, there was a girl walking right towards me! I started to panic, she stopped in front of me and said "hi I'm Ruby, what's your name?" I said, " Hi my name is pretty I mean your pretty I'm teacher wait no my name is Liam". She giggled and said " well ill see you in class next week" and walked away. I looked back at her, in my mind I say" so much for a new year" and resumed my walk to one of the classrooms.

Chapter two: Flame battle

I walk up to the classroom door, there's a sign that says room 181. I thought I heard some footsteps behind me but I ignored them. BOO!! Cody had snuck up behind me, son of a bigamax Cody you almost gave me a heart attack! He was laughing so hard that he could barely breathe. Ha ha very funny, "you won't be happy when you end up in the hospital one day". Cody immediately stopped laughing after I said that. Later on that day after the mixer, Cody came over to my house with the new headphones that he had gotten to show off to everybody on the bus next week (we don't ride the same bus). my sister came downstairs to see what we were doing, "you guys are so irresponsible" she says, Cody quickly comes up with a comeback saying " I know you are but what am I", my sister said, " where did you get those clothes? The 1980s?" Cody said " Where did you get that wig? 1642?" my sister was so offended that she said "you're more disappointing than an unsalted McDonalds french fry" Cody gave her a nasty look "ok ok you two, as much as I am enjoying this I and Cody have to get some rest for tomorrow. Cody looked at my sister and did the I'm watching you thing with his fingers. I yelled, " have fun watching dream SMP and Jojo Siwa all day!"

Chapter three: how the tables have turned

Cody must have slept in because he didn't answer my video call, and he ALWAYS answers my video calls. I waited a little longer for him to pick up, but I just decided to hang up and wait for the bus. I got on the bus and waited for my arrival. 24 minutes later, I had almost fallen asleep on the bus because it takes so long to get to the school. I had gotten off of the bus, walked into the school, and said hi to some kids walking down the hallway. I was walking to my class when the fire alarm started ringing, I have super sensitive hearing so my ears were hurting really bad. I ran out of the back of the school in fear, I stopped and looked back at the school. I heard a revving sound behind me, I looked behind my shoulder, and a storm trooper-looking yellow and green robot with a jet pack and wings was there. I was so scared that I almost forgot that I was a brown Belt in Go Ju Ryu karate, I ducked down because it would be much safer than running towards it. BAM!! Wait what? What kind of robot makes that kind of sound? I turned around and a guy with black hair was behind the robot. I walked towards him and said, " Who are you?" Before he could reply, the robot quickly got up and flew away, we both look up at it. We turned back around and he said "my name is, look out!" I looked behind me and the robot shot a blue-looking thing that iron man shoots right towards me, the guy tried to save me but the robot's repulser shot got to me first. I woke up feeling dizzy, I looked at the calendar beside the bed I was laying in. I WAS IN A COMA FOR A WHOLE 4 MONTHS! I tried to get out of bed but my whole body felt heavy, but I managed to get out of the bed. There was a mirror beside the wall, I walked over to it and looked in it. Were my eyes playing tricks on me? If not, then why is my whole upper and lower body made of futuristic metal? The only skin part left of me was my left face and part of the right. To be honest, THIS WAS FREKIN COOl! next to the mirror was a chest, I couldn't help but look inside it. I opened it and there was some cool stuff in there including a blue back and white suit, a face mask, a big sword, and a bunch of weapons. I couldn't resist putting it on I mean come on if you saw a bunch of stuff like this wouldn't you put it on? After I put it on I was thinking of a name, I thought I heard footsteps behind me, I learned my lesson last time I ignored footsteps.  I quickly turned around but no one was there. I turned back around but again, no one was there. I turned back around but looked behind my shoulder to see who was there. I gave up and turned back around to continue thinking for a name, " sup". A guy was leaning on the wall and looking at me, " where did you come from? I didn't even see you!?) I said, " I was invisible" he said. " oh like that's supposed to make any sense, and plus, that's impossible!" I said, he said, "wanna bet?". He said that he had a cool name for me, I asked him what it was and he said Cybot, so that's my new superhero name I guess, wait superhero? It's not like I'm going to be saving the world or anything, I think.

Chapter 4: Vigilante in training

"So wanna learn how to use your new abilities?" he said, "HECK YEAH, I mean sure I guess, like whatever," I said.  I'm pretty sure he was smiling but he had a mask on so I couldn't see. He walked me down to this big room that looked like a giant dojo that had a bunch of weapons and space to practice. I said, " so what are we going to in here?" But no answer, I looked around but he wasn't there. But at that very moment, he appeared right in front of me, I was speechless, he said: " now you believe me?" I said, "How can I not?". First, we practiced my ability to fly, to do that I had to focus really hard on my legs and eventually I got the hang of it, then we practiced my repulser cannons, they were super cool but I almost shot the guy on accident. ( btw I asked him his name and he said will), Next, we practiced my ability to control all-electric devices including ATMs, phones, cars, and more! Last we worked on my superhero landing, he took me to the top of a building, " what am I spiderman?" I looked at him but he had turned invisible again, I gave myself a pep talk to get myself motivated. I counted to the count of ten, 1, 2, 10! Will had pushed me off of the building, I was flopping around in the air until I looked down. It was only a matter of time before I hit the ground, I got into the position of a superhero landing, and BOOM, 3-Point-landing! ( a three-point landing is the landing that ironman and black widow do). Will was already there waiting for me, " not bad rookie" he said, " NOT BAD?" He started cracking up laughing. when we got back to the training room I started to think about Cody and my parents. I asked Will "what now?" he said " time for your first mission".

chapter 5: Nitro corp

Boom! I and Will landed on top of a Nitro corp truck, I shot the top of the truck so we could hop in. There were a bunch of weapons and suits. There was another truck behind us and there was a loud noise that sounded like it came from it. I grabbed my grapple gun and shot it at the melted top. I could have turned my arm into a grapple gun but that would be too loud. Once I got up there I helped Will out, I looked behind me and there was a man the looked like a rip-off Docter octopus on the truck behind us, my metal arm lifted itself and aimed at him, I tried to resist but It kept aiming anyway. BAM! my arm shot the rip-off doctor octopus off the truck, There were three people standing on top of the truck, I wasn't sure what to do so I just jumped to the other truck, one of the people raised his arm and pointed it at me saying " don't come any closer!". Wait a minute, that voice sounded familiar, I asked him what his name was he said " My name is ironside" No your real name" I said, he said " my real name is Cody", " Cody it's me Liam!" Cody said, " no way" he sprinted towards me and gave me a big hug " I'm so excited to see you!" he said, "same!" I said. Will walked towards one of the people with a panther suit and said " you" in an unpleased voice, The guy in the panther suit also said " you" at the same time. I and Cody both said in sync " you guys know each other?"
