Astrid wears her sandals and began walking to her neighbor. She presses the doorbell, she hears the bell ring inside the neighbor's home. She sighs as her heart is beating so fast, she has mixed feelings, excited, scared, nervous, anxious.

The door opens and she sees a boy her age. He looks really really familiar. Who might he be?

Astrid's POV:

The door opens as I see a boy, my age, he looks very familiar. Now who might he be?. I got lost in my memory that he said. "uhh...hi can I help you?" he asked confused. Oh crap! "oh, yeah uhh My family and I wanted to give you this lasagna" I explained there was this awkward pause between us " because I- you are the new neighbors" I said nervously nervous if what I said was right "thanks" He says and closes the door in front of my face.

Did he just?!? That neighbor's son is so rude

I went back home with anger. I gave him the lasagna- no well technically my mom did but I gave it. Should'nt he be happy or thankful about the food or us welcoming them. ughhh what was I expecting. He's just like Kurt, my classmate in year 1.

I opened our front door and I see mom at the living room watching tv. "So what'd they say?" She asked "Their child is rude" I said as I rolled my eyes and made my way upstairs. "Other boys are like that dear they're cold" She shouted "okay okay okay enough with the boy talks mom" I said opening the door to my room. I went in and got ready for the night, I got on my pjs and started reading a book. Around 11:30 pm I decided I'd go biking tomorrow since God knows what came to my mind. So yeah I'll go biking tomorrow to the park at the morning. I feel my eyes getting heavy and before I know it I was asleep.

"it's such a cold, cold world and I can't get out"
