Cali ( a month later)
" Ma I'm fine" I said walking out the kitchen with a water bottle , she heard me throwing up this morning and now she won't leave me alone she lowkey getting on my nerves like dang
" Cali you been having attitudes with everybody , mood swings and you haven't been eating so what's really up and don't lie" I rolled my eyes looking at her " I already said i don't know I think I just catched a lil cold when I came back from tampa" I told her before i went to my room laying down
I wish everybody leave me the hell alone everybody keep asking what's wrong with me and I keep telling them its just a cold but no they keep asking me like my answer gone change
I can't lie I've been gaining a lil weight in the last month but I'm not worried about that cause I can lose that "Get up and let's go" I huffed and looked at my mama standing in my door way
"maaa why won't you just let me lay down" I said whinning while I slid my slides on I walked downstairs seeing omar standing by the door "You two lets go" she said walking out the door without looking at us
I huffed and followed her to the car once we got in and she pulled off 10 minutes later we pulled up to my doctors office " ma what we doing here" I said putting my hoodie on "Go in there and tell them you have a 3:00 checkup for Cali Jones" she said cutting the car off

After they called me back my doctor took blood and had me pee in a cup now we where waiting for her to come back " This is all a waste of time I could be laying down going to sleep right now" I said to omar "you don't think something wrong, you never sleep this much and yo attitude is off the charts" soon as he said that my doctor walked in with a smile on her face
"Congratulations Cali you're two month pregnant" she said hugging me I hugged her back "I've already set your next check up with a OBGYN there are the papers with the information and all the vitamins you'll need again congratulations" she said walking out
"Omar what the hell we gone do with a baby" I said as we made it to the car "we gone have this baby and be the best parents that we can be" he said kissing my forehead once we got in the car my mama pulled off
" How many months" I looked at her " Two" I said laying my head on the window " I knew it" she said smiling "ma if you knew why you ain't say nothing" I said looking at her "because that's rude to say out of nowhere some women are insecure about their bodies that's why I let you found out on your own" she said pulling up in the driveway
We all got out and went in the house well my mama had to go to work so she just grabbed her work shoes said bye and left and me and omar went to my room and laid down
"I'm scared" I said laying on omar " I know you are that's why I'm gone be here with you" he said I nodded my head before going to sleep
